Yeah I have a self inflating mattress under the normal swag mattress. Ends up around 170mm thick 😂 www.anacondastores.com/camping-hiking/sleeping/4wd-mats/dune-4wd-premium-jumbo-mat-with-pillow/BP90033424
Top stuff Cam, favorite 2 channels together again. Loving your style of camping with a mobile pub. Beer on tap and cob loaf, don't reckon life would get better! Cheers mate loved it
@@jaydensankey2301 As Pete B said, Belvedere campsite is a good little DPAW site. Has drop dunnies, fire rings and even supplied wood (in fire season). Its a short stretch of unsealed road from there to the beach so youre out of the wind and can get to and from the beach with tyres deflated.
Nice one Cam, good trip by the look of it. Collab with Pete, great. Nice to see ya back again, been a while. Luv the way you and Pete both do good cooking segments - half of what camping is about. The kegerator will be interesting. I know a bloke at work who'll be right on that, I'll recommend your channel to him
I found you through suggested videos. First your videos are fun to watch. You got some great shots and have some great editing ideas for me to learn. I just made a UA-cam channel so I’m definitely doing my research. Thanks for all your help. - Keep it up! Just subbed!
Great video, fun trip, was worried about that cob loaf but it turned out good! Would love a sticker to show our support of your channel, please let when they are available :-)
Another fun time away. Love the note on your exhaust on the trip back up the beach towards the end of the video. Did you do a video on changing the old one out?
Made it myself. Im posting a video this Saturday morning that runs through what you need to make your own and where to buy the bits and pieces. Cheers for the support!
Hey mate. I'm using a 6L ball lock keg and a sodastream bottle with a mini regulator. I've done a full build video that drops this Sat morning. I've included links in the description of that video of where you can buy all the bits.
I can see why Pete go camping with you...Warm food on the go🧆...Beer on tap🍺...And he can finally catch fish...🐟...You said Pete was going to wine you and dine you I hope he didn't do the other thing that rimes with that phrase...🤣...What a rad looking beach...
Gday Cam, What canopy are you running there on the ute? Fitting out a new ute as we speak and would love to hear your thoughts on what you have there. Cheers mate
Hey mate, couldnt tell you the brand. Bought it second hand. But looks very similar to most of the cheaper checkerplate imports (like MRT etc..). Its been around Aus once already. And will go around again this year. I'm pretty bloody hard on my gear and the canopy has been no exception. Its been smashed into trees, ive backed into the trailer and its done plenty of corrugations. Theres cracks in it everywhere, and a couple of tears in welds where i backed into the trailer. I just couldnt bring myself to abuse a brand new powdercoated flat plate canopy that cost me 4 -5 times as much. So it suits my purposes. But there is DEFINITELY much better quality canopies out there!
Throwing whiting back? Even the little sand whiting are great to eat. Simply gut them and deep fry them until the fins and everything goes all crispy. You can eat the lot including the head if you are so inclined and they taste great. Some nice big yellowfin whiting are the best but the little sandies are good if nothing else is around. First time I have heard Cookin Grillin Chillin get a mention so I did the right thing and subed :)
I'm a bit fussy with my fish. If i can't cut a nice clean fillet off it then i generally don't bother. Having said that, I'll probably have a crack at some Redfin Perch next week, and i'll cook them whole! Cheers for watching and commenting mate!
@@WildTouring Haha, I know exactly what you mean. At one time I wouldn't touch fish if it wasn't a nice big, bone free fillet, but I have been converted. Little deep fried crispy fish are awesome. Give it a go one day, I bet you will be a convert too :) I still love the big fillets but now I like both.
Love your content lads
Good video boys
Thanks mate!!
I subscribe to both your channels and love it!
