Lmao. Exactly. One of the biggest reasons I unsubbed from Alpha. It went from decent, helpful vids to just product pimping everything in every video. You just realized he sold out and I lost respect for him. Not knocking it, but I didn’t want any part of it.

However, these "honest reviews" of each others products are ludicrous. I get wanting to help each other out, but don't call them honest reviews. It's click bait and scratching each others back sorta thing. I don't trust cross promotions between Alpha, RMRS, TMF, bluman, etc.
No offense intended, I like Alpha. But why does everyone try to bring Aventus inspired scents? Yes Aventus is great, but there are already many quite good and inexpensive clones and "inspired" scents out there. I'd really like to see more really new scents. A nice modern take on classic barbershop scents by a hair product company like P&P, THAT is something I'd love to try.

Because it's a popular fragrance that's established and considering they are new to making cologne if they just came out with there own fragrance it won't sell but because they 1 not only have something they can base it off of they hit a bigger market with the creed fan boys so it's a good play on there part I hope to see more from them.
It’s definitely just a cash grab. And on that note, why would anyone choose rebel over any of the other clones out there? The bottle looks SUPER cheap.
@@kyleenright3757 not a clone its inspired by it two totally different things just because a fragrance has some of the same ingredients doesn't mean it's a clone and for 50$ it's on the cheaper side of fragrance that smells good that's why you would buy it and to support alpha.
Especially at the price point. Armaf club de nuit intense man is very similar (except the opening up close) and can get a 3.3 ounce bottle for less than half of the cost of rebel at 1.7 ounce

I think rebel is pretty good, they might be inspired by Creed Aventus, but I think it's a cheaper version, but cheap doesn't mean bad.
I spent the last 5 minutes of the video just thinking about how you pronounced 'thyme'.
I got Rebel on Monday in the mail at the same time my 100ml Aventus bottle came in. I don’t think Rebel is at all a clone but just a few similaritys and you couldn’t pass it off as Aventus but it does smell like a good frag for sure and not a clone and when I sprayed Rebel on it lasted strong for at least 8 hours.

That was my first impression upon clicking on the video. The whole branding design looks very cheap(the logo, fonts, colors, pattern.. look like something you'd find on a drug store shelf in the 80's). It doesn't need to look over the top gaudy like most cologne bottles/packages but asking the graphic design team to change it into something more modern looking would make the product much more appealing imo.
Jeremy fragrance’s stuff is expensive, but if you catch a deal, you can get it cheap. I paid $75 for an office and around $90 for date. I have to say they’re really good, though. It’s not “best on the market” like he says, but I think they’re enjoyable. Big beard business did a review if interested
These products are designed to take advantage of his legion of blind followers that will buy most anything they put out. Outside of that sphere I’m sure sales drop off severely. I’m guessing the cheap packaging is there to keep costs as low as possible so every sale to the sheep keeps profits as high as they can be.

Lasts like cheap drugstore cologne. Has zero staying power when you wear it properly. I'm sure it would last a bit longer if you bathed in it.

UA-cam is a job and a business, I don’t understand why people are so against youtubers treating it as such. I’m sure that if anyone reviews Rebel without knowing about Aventus, they would like it. I understand people not liking it due to it’s lack of uniqueness but that doesn’t make a bad scent. Great video 👍
Yeah, Before I bought rebel, I asked the company, is it Eau de Cologne or Eau deParfum. I was told Eau de Parfum. I was told Eau de Parfum. Why did I ask? Because Eau de Parfum scent lasts longer. Guess what? It may have been but the scent was not long lasting. Now I understand there were many complaints and they reformulated. So as an early investor in this product I get screwed while new buyers get the option of a travel atomizer? Gee Aaron, I thought WE were friends?
There’s like 108 Creed Aventus clones already. Except they’re actually strong and a good price unlike this. Pass.

Received the Rebel trial size the other day. Been wearing it for two days. Love it. If I'm a target for quality products I'm good with that. I wear Versace Dylan Blue, Nautica Blue, Jimmy Choo Man and Hugo Boss. Rebel is as good as any of them as a quality scent, reasonable lasting power and a very nice dry-down. Most importantly, the wife likes it.

i think rebel is quite expensive for its size. 50ml for 49 bucks...i can find many good smelling 100ml fragrances at discounters for that price

"Armaf Club De Nuit Intense" is probably the best Creed Aventus clone on the market right now. It really is almost the same. Only real difference being the price(about $34), which is way lower than Creed Aventus.

I Got this cologne as a gift yesterday from wife for my birthday.
Ok I know that scent works differently on everybody. But I would like to mention, I put on 3 sprays (behind each ear and one to the chest/neck) 7 HOURS AGO and I'm STILL catching a whiff here and there. Olfactory fatigue hasn't yet kicked in, I guess. I'm at work and scared to death that I'm fumigating the place with my aroma but nobody wants to tell me 😅
Update: I just asked a coworker for brutal honesty and he said he didn't notice any aggressively projecting smells. Perhaps I was just sweating out the last bits of fragrance and bringing it back to the surface
If you only put 3 sprays on then i’m sure your fragrance isn’t really projecting. I’ve been in the fragrance game for a long time, and for most fresh and clean type of scents I go about 10+ sprays if I want my fragrance to project and have people be able to smell it. Now if it’s a dark winter style scent like a gourmand, then 3-4 sprays is enough in that case

Anyone that says Aventus is "nr.1 compliment getter etc." is lying, they're payed to say that. Creed Aventus is the Raid Shadowlegends of perfumes, don't waste your time or money on them.

$50 is expensive until you look at the price of creed aventus, it’s like $300. Also $50 in general isn’t much for a fragrance; most of the lower end ones out there nowadays are going to run you $50-$120 for an average sized bottle
They removed the smoke from Aventus a very long time ago , I’m use to it not having the smoke after purchasing Aventus a dozen or so times ...

I got the cologne. Its sweet. Goes into top rotation. Kind of woodsy and fruit like-- keeps switching back and forth. Nice...if i had to go back old school?---Might say Grey Flannel?? Better though. Good stuff

Certain batches of Creed is smoky. CDNIM is a smoky clone of Aventus. So is Rebel like L'aventure or Insurrection Pure II?

You may not see this but first off I am not a cologne guy I never have been just want to smell nice but not any specific sent. Well I'm looking to buy one possible two good colognes that I can wear once in awhile say if I'm going on a date or a special event and I want to stand out a little. Would this be a good recommendation I won't wear it every day like I said probably just on a date to impress people or at a special event to up my game.

You're the steady one. You've seen some shit and you know what's important. Usually wearing a nice sports jacket or smart casual.
Adrian, well, hes the brash one. Full of energy. Wants to always get stuck in, but you know he's got your back in a pinch. Leather jacket, the hair and earring are his statement.
And Raphael. He's the intellectual. Really knows his stuff, cognizant of the rules and when it's acceptable to break them. Walks into a fight wearing a tailored three-piece and somehow walks out looking even sharper. Because he's Raphael.

How do I know if I have the new or old formula of rebel? I have 2 bottles 1 open and 1 unopened. Both ordered within the past month or so
I wanted to like Rebel but just can’t. It has a great pineapple opening and then it’s gone; It doesn’t last at all, not even as a skin scent. I don’t want to bathe in this thing to get even a mild performance. 5.5/10

0:56 'Thyme' is pronounced with a hard 'T', not a soft 'th' sound. Not a huge deal, but mispronouncing something like that makes it seem that you don't know what you're talking about.
Merriam Webster lists both pronunciations as correct.

First I love REBEL..highly recommended... Now with that said, this is far from a " HONEST REVIEW ". UA-cam influencurers are nothing but sales people in most cases.. Now I really appreciate your channel but my honest review and my outcome of this is.. Fact.. your integrity has dropped a level of this.. If you had just said maybe stated it's a personal review, then it would have been better.. You seem to spend more time helping a buddy, selling his product and help him by telling others that it is not a clone.. Where as people with no friendship ties states it's a clone..

Looks cheap, carbord packing and bottle and cap look so cheap. Mount Blanc explorer is a brilliant Creed Aventus clone has great long lasting performance with good packaging bottle and cap. I know bottle cap and packaging aren't a reflection on how the fragrance is but it feels and looks more premium. People say office and date are cheap and flimsy looking.

I honestly don't understand the obsession with Creed Aventus. I would never buy it due to the price, however once I put some on when I saw it in a department store. The result: it was disgusting. I regretted having put it on for the rest of the day and had to take a shower to try and get rid of the smell.

Dude, it was like 2 hours by the time this became a skin scent. After the third hour, it completely disappeared. I really really wanted to like this, because I am such a huge fan and supporter of Alpha. The projection and longevity are horrible. After 2-3 hours, my girlfriend couldn't smell it even when her nose was pressed to my neck. I received it last week, and unless I got a leftover from the first batch, the second batch is complete BS...total marketing scam, in my honest opinion. If I did receive a leftover from the first batch, poor management at Pete & Pedro since Aaron has been promoting the second batch for over a month.
Agreed. I’m a big Alpha M fan and support him and use other products from him. I ordered a tester just to see and sprayed it on at 7 pm on my neck and writs. By 10 pm couldn’t smell it on my wrist. Idk what the longevity for creed Aventus is but imagine it has to be better than Rebel
