    A few questions;
    Can I go thru ROTC, get the scholarship, and after completing college, go to the reserves, or do I have to meet a minimum active service requirement?
    2: How hard is it to get an ROTC scholarship? I’m thinking of doing either Army or Navy, most likely Army, because of my want to do the reserves.
    3: Is ROTC like JROTC? I’m in a Naval JROTC right now.

      The army should allow you to go into the reserves after ROTC, other branches will be much harder to get a reserve contract after their program
      ROTC scholarships are hardest to get in high school and gradually you become more competitive with each year you keep applying in college. Army has the biggest budget = more scholarship slots than the Navy and Marines. Air Force scholarships are almost solely based on having above average academic grades but their scholarships don’t cover full tuition like the other branches
      ROTC is not like JROTC. I’ll do a video on this to better explain it but in a nutshell ROTC is way busier in physical training and leadership responsibilities are similar to being in the active duty service with the same standards of performance. You’ll do drill like in JROTC that’s really the only similarity.
