Gdmor sir apka ye video kafi achcha hain per agar aap ek video aur Bana de to Hume bhi Faida ho jaega please mera plot 40x 60 hain jisme mujhe apna ghar 30x 45 mein banana hain. North facing plot hain mein chahta hun ki front mein 12ft aur piche 3ft space bach Jaye aur right aur left to 5-5 ka gap hain agar aap mujhe 3bhk 2 room attach toilet aur drawing room aur store room ka ek video Bana de to aap ki ati kripa hogi.

In this HOUSE PLAN . The only drawback is that there are 3 bedrooms & just ONE TOILET ???
That too it will be commonly used by the guests 😮
It's better to have TWO BEDROOMs instead of Three and place TWO TOILETS in place of the room in the CENTRE .
Please make a design of 30x40 with 4bed room facing north. north side is the road side and there is no extra space. Thanks

2) 4 to 5 bedroom (2 master bedroom)
3) 2 common toilet bathroom
4) 2 hall ( 1 common big hall for gathering 1 small hall for family only)
5) kitchen dining together with partition
