i kind of like that the two tone paint hides the split headlamps ,, i would probably pick two dark colors a dark grey on bottom and some form of dark blue on top
@@rogerhaisley4628 yup there's one video out there with a dark lower paint and you can barely even tell the lower lamps are there , looks good that way ... also thinking maybe it's possible to slightly tint the lower lamps so it'll be even harder to spot them
1:44 I can see what they were going for. Futuristic mechanical look with the floating kidneys perhaps. The blackened out areas looks cool. If that area was modeled differently, with the kidneys below the "tangent", it would have looked better imo. Ditch the "eye brow" lights too. I wish I can see the concept sketches. I feel real life dimensions, hard points, proportions, etc. limited its full potential. I like this more than Meecedes in many ways.
@@bmwblog Hmh…because they selled the brand to BMW. So for me this could be a reason why there will be no „original“ B7 from Buchloe. Why should they develop a completely new car for only 2-3 years until Buchloe will close its gates?
Car looking really good 🔥🔥 the split head light is hidden behind a dark glass panel making it not that obvious that its a split headlight. Lights blends with front bumper nicely...blows the S class completely out of the water...well done BMW
What would be your ideal two-tone paint color?
Saw a Russo red individual 740i at local dealership the other day. It was stunning. I’ll probably go with black and red, in the ideal world
Beautiful ❤️. Ultimate Driving Machine.
I like how the silver black looks on this car
It's crazy for Me to say this but it's growing on me!
Haha Seems to be a general theme lately with some BMW designs.
Too good👌🏾

That's so true. It hides the lower lights and makes the front end actually look good

Yes, we posted that video too

Mind blowing🤯🤯🤯
Bmw 5 series getting look like 7 series, 7 series getting closer to Rolce Royce :)
wow
3:14 Green makes this car look much better!
Or isn´t it the color? 🤔
Great idea-however, two-tone, and even three-tone, paint schemes were quite common on American cars in the 1950s.
True, but it's an option only. Doubt it many will go for it, but still interesting to see.
"Dramatic design" stands for "Dramatically ugly"? Asking for a friend👍
Is there even an Alpina B7 coming?🤔
Yes. There is no reason why ALPINA would skip the new 7

The proportions of this car are off. Something looks wrong.

imho looks like a taxi
An expensive taxi
Lol BMW trying too hard to stand out now.
BMW 7 series a joke. Seniors chairpersones at BMW should see what S class is.
🤮🤢
