Didn’t need a single gimmick, or faked or forged personality to make something I was willing to not just set through but enjoyed the content. I miss H.I.N and Nopi events. Glad I kept and preserved practically every magazine I ever purchased. Oh and My forever favorite was MaX Power Magazine. That was the most fire tuner mag to me because it was just so different every time you looked in one your like where in the flying hell were all those different little and large pieces even coming from half the time. Japan gets all the love it deserves. But feels like a sin not acknowledging the UK side of Honda period.
Man It had been a minute since I last heard NOPI. H.I.N. is coming down to Socal in August and then November if not mistaken, so I'm looking forward to that! I'm happy to hear you have mags still in your possession. It is literally a time capsule to the past, one that won't come back by any means. Japan is always getting all the love, recognition, best motors and cars. Here and there have the U.S/U.K. gotten the larger end of the stick. Honda's worldwide and I know the EDM scene holds it down strong out there. Can't wait to visit the U.K. and see the Honda scene firsthand.

What a kickass meet. I wish Cincinnati could put on a Honda meet like this. I’m an FL5 owner and a huge Honda fanboi and to see this many incredible Honda builds is amazing.
They need some sauce in Ohio my man! Considering that’s where Honda assembly factories are situated as far as I’m concerned. Congrats on the FL5, I love the look and all, yet to ride passenger, needless to mention drive one!
have you reached out to a dealer or two or other Ohio Honda-centric business to help organize/sponsor a show? Putting together a show is no small pheet, and requires 100s of man hours. if you can get dealers behind you, imagine the repor you can build. Just ask Wagner Subaru in Fairborn, OH what it takes to host/sponsor the Outdoor Experience (October time frame)
Most of those at that meet were prime examples, so I’d say north of 12-15k? It’ll vary big time and DEPENDS on multiple factors because different modifications require different parts and tons of labor in those builds. All depends too if the seller is tying to break even with their investment or make a big profit. But I assure you, it won’t be as cheap like other Hondas out there. At the end of the day with respect to resell, it's going to be worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I think personally, if you like the build, it's worth every penny. To be honest, I think it'll come out cheaper for you to purchase one that's already "done" rather than building one.

No such thing as a dumb question brotha👊🏽 but to answer your question, no you cannot use a d series or single cam head. If you k swap your car, you’d have to utilize a k series (dohc) head (vtec or nonvtec)👍🏽
