honestly I feel like we need to empty wings fridge of ALL food, and replace it with like grilled chicken and yogurt and fruit and take his keys away, and dont replenish the food for a week. He can either eat it on regular intervals or he can go hungry after eating it all in three days. Seriously. I understand how he needs somebody to force him to do this. Ive been there. It's actually very simple. Every little piece of advice these guys give Wings he just puts it down and says, "No". It's like he doesn't even want any advice. They tell him to drink water, exercise, clean up diets, and he just says no then goes on saying this happened when i did this or this happened when i did that. If you actually try Wings it's going to help but it's going to be a hell of a tough road to take. The first step is the most important step. "Let people help and try what they offer"
Wings, my biggest success in weight loss came from exactly what Joe and Andy talked about. Make tiny changes in your diet that you stick to. Drinking more water and making a meal or two for yourself is not difficult. Once you see results (which you definitely will), it's motivation to keep finding new ways to either eat better or get more active. I've seen it work many times between my friends and I. Tiny changes, at your size, add up to huge change in a few months and are easy to stick to.
the thing about that is they can't give them the rockon treatment, because its by its nature unique so everyone can't get it
Just Woody, Wings, Kyle and Lefty chilling with some guests for 2-6 hiurs and talking about current affairs. Best listened to while doing homework, playing video games or when doing a mundane task.
It's really heartwarming to see Joe trying to help Wings with his weight.

This is not to be confused with aggression; a Ridgeback of proper temperament will be more inclined to ignore, rather than challenge, a stranger. I don't know if you trained your dog to attack but that just comes from Wikipedia, so it could be completely wrong.

I completely agree! The fact is he doesn't want to put the effort in to lose the weight and making stupid excuses for it. He says he's got no motivation to do it. So the possibility of him losing his leg and dying at 30 years old isn't enough? This episode really pissed me off. There are people in life worse off than wings and they have the have the will power to do something or man enough to try to change it

The Truck Tuesday Wings did about buying a used truck was pretty good I think. Some of the stuff he said wasn't exactly exclusive to buying pickup trucks either. Some of that could apply to cars too. They don't understand how real a food addiction is. Honestly someone like wings its strong as hard drugs. He could really benefit from someone there to cook. Has he gone his entire life without having homemade meals? Kind of sad that no one was there.
I'm 16 now, about a year ago I weighed 250-260 pounds. I was one of the fattest people in my class. Now I weigh 180-190 pounds and I have muscle. I drank water aloooot of water, took up Muay-Thai and Brazillian Jiu Jitzu I made a change. Hearing Wings saying all this bullshit like he can't and and every one that looses weight puts it back on angers me so fucking much. Wings needs to quit being a bitch and make a fucking change before it takes his life. I love Wings and I hope he overcomes this.

I think one of wings biggest problems is in the specifics of losing weight. Wings has said in some of his videos he will only eat like 500-1000 calories when he's trying to lose weight. That is absolutely horrible to do! Your caloric deficit is too high. That's why you eventually binge eat and give up. You cant lose weight in the long term by starving yourself. Just try to eat only slightly under what you need to eat! The weight loss will be slower but it will be constant.

Woody I have been subbed to wings for 3 years and Its hard to see the glory fall. As well I don't want wings to die, not as a UA-camr as a person. He's one of the most genuine people in the world. Please convince Joe to train him, he could do it I'm sure. Also a way for wings to get views is to post a PKA ONLY on his channel, that day make an announcement video. He'll get ridiculous views and if he makes 3 good vids that week it'll help ever more. Please help him woody.

Well, after seeing Wings' stomach and underbelly I have come to my senses in that I need to change. I'm overweight but I'm not obese and I'm simply not happy with the way I am. I play sports like football or soccer as it's known in America. So thank you Joe Lauzon and thank you Wings you've really helped me.
