What is problem of SAC & SBA exhaust when plant start and stopped two or more times, even OBR is available

Sir if we use dry type cyclone cfbc so dry material coming and if we use wet type so material comes in melted form kindly give detail answer

Currently there are two types of CFBC one is dry cyclone and second is wet cyclone where i am currently working
