That young man had me right there with him . I felt everything he felt . I thot he would get bitten trying to reach for phone . So happy he wasn't only to start crying cuz he was infected by the phone anyway . Bawling like a baby at the end 😥😥

I am totally shocked to watch this incredible film, but I also just got my heart ached just to see that this film is related to the world's current situation. As a mother whose son died this was devastating to watch- I was single and he was so grown up and independent and wiser way beyond his years... I know he would have been that selfless when all I would want to do is be near him to the end. The child actor was indeed fabulous, just brought up so many emotions. I’m shattered 💔

This kid? Smarter than 90% of the horror movies characters. Also? The young boy and the old lady did a great job as actors! One more thing. I loved this and I certainly would watch it if it was a feature film. Actually, this is good enough to be a feature film!

I loved the acting of all three. I cried at the end. Some parents would rather die with their child than to let them suffer alone. But even children at Zoran's age know that they can't let their parents meet the same end. Sorry, that was way too much. I'm feeling a lot of emotions while having an Alter marathon

The boy does a great job acting. Sad he could not be with his mother, and nice he was smart enough to realize it would hurt her to open the door because he was infected.

I have seen this before and that boy's acting was very impressive I mean he showed his talent in every stage as the film went through. Happy, apprehensive, fear . Fabulous.
Okay, I legit teared up at the end - such an adorable little boy, and the mom, and the older lady - and that neighbor with her baby was horrifying! Total wow, great work.
Reminds me of how my mother used to be with me... now she's so cold, distant and almost cruel towards me. Nice to remember the old days❤ amazing film once again, Alter.

Spoilers!!: This is one of the best horror shorts I have ever seen. It wasn’t cliche, it added unique ideas like the volcano being the cause of the outbreak. So many films try to make you feel empathy for the main character quickly by making it a pregnant woman or go for the dad just trying to take care of everyone cliche but this was such a great angle. In such a short time I felt drawn to the main character and was rooting for him. I hope he continues to pursue acting because he’s very talented. Great film 👍👍👍👍

I thought he was actually gonna make it out but damn when he started closing the locks and telling his mom he wasn't safe, I just started crying
Usually kids and horror do not mix as children bring a strained invulnerability to the story, but this was great. That boy was a great actor. I am very impressed with this heart breaking short film. Its sadness haunts me.

This was so well done. I did like the reversal; the son keeping the door locked to protect his Mom, even with her pleading with him that she doesn't care. Strength of love indeed.
This was terrifying and devastating all at once. Such a absolute beautiful production. This is survival, hope, grief and sacrifice rolled in a horrifying and devastatingly emotional piece. This is my new favorite alter video.

I love this. Absolutely phenomenal. I’m a sucker for zombie films and this is by far my favorite short film in that category, or even horror in general. A combination of fear of the monsters and an overall admiration for the boy and his intelligence, in regards to how he chose to save his mother from himself, made this film a 16 minute masterpiece. Amazing.
I always found it disturbing that the granny zombie was speaking the last words she remembered before she was fully infected her saying little pig little pig let me in was horrifying 13:38

Oh wow...i am somewhere between sadness, anger, fear and awe. That little man is QUITE A TALENT! He carried that movie effortlessly...with such grown up emotion in his eyes. This is one of the best short films shown on this channel. Excellent acting, all around, and the scares were very effective. The ending even had me tearing up. A lot of emotion, crammed into sixteen minutes!

I think it has something to do with the correspondence between the films and the natural rhythm of human interest and attention, or something like that.

This is a really good film and it actually had me shocked. Because of how good the acting was and how the disease maded everyone turn into zombies.

That zombie twist always comes out of nowhere, I don't know what I expect going into these short films but its usualy not zombies and when it is, its always suprising. Also the boy is a FANTASTIC actor.

First of all, this little boy is phenomenal! I came here to watch this just because of him, I'd just finished another film of yours called childer and read in the comments he was in this film also. I am so impressed by him!! His acting is so believable and just feels effortless. I hope to see much more of him in the future!! Now to the movie...OMG this was sooo good! Had me scared to death for this kid and then that ending...that had me teary eyed for sure!! All I could think about was my own son and how hard his mom had fought to get back and just wanted to hold him, she didn't care if she got sick. But her sweet son just wanted to protect her!!😭 I would love to see this as a full length feature!!! Great job!💜
