@WIRTUAL install CPU-Z and check if your RAM is SINGLE CHANNEL. I had the exact same problem, where others with even worse machines just ran better and it was because one of my RAM sticks was plugged into the wrong slot preventing the computer from running it in Dual channel mode.
1:19:09 I fell like there should be edited in a clock somewhere, when the livestreams get uploaded, so you can keep up with the time. At least in the separate videos that has been edited alot.
