The weeknd wanted to make "STARBOY" into a comic book in one of his apple interviews I think
I loved how this video reminded me of how great this song was. It deserved to be a single and I heard it was supposed to be a single but the events of 2017 (Selena/Bella/Abel) prevented it

Remember that in Rolling Stone, he depicts that he'll change his style from that high-pitched dark vocals to a much better one so that he will get recognition regardless of his past life and lifestyle
