Wow.. it's like James Gunn turned a whole bunch of Marvel storylines and characters into pasta and thre a bowl of it against the ceiling.... anything that stuck to the ceiling he's putting in GotG2. 1st the Star Lord/Ego thing, and now skipping over Him/Adam Warlock to Her/Ayesha - and making her the villain - I'm kinda surprised Marvel signed off on it. Nothing against Elizabeth though - only seen her in the Night Manager but liked her in that.
+Matt Murdock I know that but him not being in this movie makes me wonder where he is and what he's doing. but then again he's probably looking for the infinity gems

Since we know Ego is Quill's father and that he makes himself a human form, maybe his human form will be Adam Warlock who came from the cocoon made by Ego.

So if she's in the movie, could they finally introduce Adam Warlock? He's pretty damn important to the Infinity Gauntlet storyline.
