I feel like Subaru will always find difficulty in properly copying certain voices because she has such a unique and unconventional vocal tone. Her Coco was alright, good matching of speech style, not too great tone. (In comparison Fubuki had great tone and pretty good speech style matching, but in general Fubuki's voice is insanely great) Her Rushia was pretty great, considering the soft-spoken high pitch of her regular voice... Except that Rushia's voice can radically change depending on the emotions she's expressing so, yeah not great for Subaru lol.
