I have been getting half of my weight in water and I have realized my body needed it. I am working on my goals DAILY! I say DAILY because Satan sure does try his best to get me to just give up ! But I remind myself I am a child of The most High God and I will push forward with his love and forgives and his strength! I have made me a playlist of Billy Grahams sermons on UA-cam and christian music to just listen with my earphones and I have found this to be soooooooooo HELPFUL. I have invited the Lord to walk this journey with me. I tell Him to lead and I will follow.

I’m getting back into working out more by doing a couch-to-5k training schedule for the next month and my first 5k soon after. Already registered for the 5k, so no turning back. It’s really showing me that I CAN do this with God’s help!
Thank you, Tangi....I am really enjoying this book and your videos. I am struggling with getting off the Coffeemate and finding something to replace it that is healthier. Nothing I've tried tastes as good though! I'd appreciate advice/input from you or anyone else that's struggled with this. Thank you!
I mix a can of sweetened condensed milk with the milk of your choice into a 32 oz mason jar. It lasts through the milks expiration. My husband and I went from using Dunkins extra extra and we really like this, plus it's easier on the wallet.
@loriorlando8262 I was addicted to hazelnut coffeemate for years! I switched to organic heavy cream with a tablespoon or 2 of pure maple syrup. It takes a little getting used to, but it’s a good replacement. I’ve since weaned myself of the maple syrup (slowly). Haha, you learn if you really like coffee or if it was just the creamer you liked!😉
