- I decided to try a ten mile hike up Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and it was unbelievable! Charlie came with me and assisted with commentary about acorns..
We had the wonderful mixed bag of British weather and some 'refreshing' Yorkshire breezes. We didn't really know what to expect, but it was absolutely stunning...British hiking and it's very best.
It was my first time in Yorkshire, and it is full of truly beautiful scenery and hidden gems. It was also surprisingly quiet on our chosen walk up Ingleborough.

Fantastic first walk up Liz. I'm not from the area but can appreciate the beauty being on the mid wales doorstep. I noticed the hats came off. Gets warm as we ascend. Looked a lovely day. All the best for the week ahead. Mark

Did Pen y Gent yesterday and looking forward to doing Ingleborough next week. You're a lot happier than our out of shape arses are, but its great from the top onwards
