Wow! That one is really nice. One of the simple ways to make bulgogi. It's one of my favorite Korean dishes along with kimchi. Watching from the Philippines. 🇵🇭😊❤️🍻
You make the food look so good when you eat....you should do mukbang videos! Cook, eat, and talk about various topics of your life. I think you have a very sweet personality and many viewers would love to watch and learn more about you!
I'd like to share more things with my viwers. Thanks for your kind suggestion. I really need to improve my English to talk about things better though.. If you have any questions to me.. please let me know. :)
Your English is already very good! You seem to be a kind person and wonderful mother to your adorable boys. May I ask how and when did you come to the US and meet your husband? Also, are there Koreans your boys interact with besides yourself? Usually kids seem to learn to speak only if raised by Grandma or parents speak to each other in Korean. Love how you try to teach your boys...
Thank you for your kind comment. I studied English for a year in America... before I got married my husband.. and that time..I dated him and got propose from him right before I finished the English program... There are not many Koreans around us. but.. they interact with my family in korea through internet.. we hope that they can continuously speak both language. :)
That looks sooo good! I'm thinking of maybe using seafood instead of beef. I think I'll experiment with both of the sauces but that spicy green onion seasoning looks as if it might work with salmon. What say? Send our hellos to the boys.
Seafood sounds great. Just make sure that your seafood itself will be saltier than plain beef.. so reduced the saltiness for your taste. How you will use the sauce from the green onion salad to salmon?? cook the salmon and pour the sauce on top ?? anyway.. that sounds good to me too. Our boys will love to get your greetings. thanks :)
Just made this, probably the first one who has even after 7 hours of upload and I have some tips that I would suggest for myself in the future and others. Always taste test everything, mine ended up being too salty. I fixed it by diluting the mixture with water. Another tip is not drying the meat out completely. It becomes dry and quite roasted. Also if you have alot of meat - like me - try to cook it in 2 batches. It does not cook very evenly if you cram it all in one pan. Try to keep a close eye on the meat and prevent it from burning. The meat is quite thin and sears very easily. Happy cookiing everyone!
Wow, you already tried this recipe? Thank you. Where do you live in? I just woke up and you left a comment 1 hour ago. I was impressed that somebody already tried it. I agree with you that it is nice to adjust the saltness, sweetness, spininess to your taste since we all have slightly different taste. I mention (adjust something depending on your taste ..something like this..) that in many of my videos..but I didn't in this video .. oops.. maybe I felt safe not to say that ?? the saltiness was just fine i thought? I don't know..anyway.. I'm always so excited when somebody tries my recipe.. of course it will be the best to hear they loved it.. but even it's not.. I appreciate your feedback..and tips for others. And if you didn't enjoy this recipe much even you put your effort and time..I'm sorry about that. I'd like to hear more of your feedback if you try more of my recipes in the future.
Aeri's Kitchen Thanks for replying! I enjoyed it and loved the convenience it offered. I think I may have had different measurements than you resulting in a bit of a salty flavor? I didn't really bother measuring 3 cups of beef, I just eyed it. I had thinly cut 1 and a 1/2 pound of beef tenderloin which I used for the recipe. The rest of the ingredients I already had in my shelf and fridge. This is the second recipe I tried of yours (The first one was the Omurice recipe) and I honestly loved both. Thanks :D
:) I feel much better that you didn't waste your time and effort..and enjoyed this bulgogi. aha.. another thing I was going to say is.. we eat bulgogi with rice even though I didn't show it in my video.. so the saltness can be even better with rice.. thanks :)
Yes, I have a video for it.. but some people get success and some people fail.. so I don't know if you want to take a risk and try it.. I will give you a link for it. If you try.. make sure that you use right kind of rice flour.. "Short grain rice" .. ua-cam.com/video/0MhvEouOKDU/v-deo.html thanks btw.. it's the what you want ?? you said..rice cakes.. lol
Yes I always give you thumbs up haha. I dont like green onions so I'm thinking carrots and capsicum?? Thanks for this simple to follow recipe, as always :)
hehe.. thanks for your thumbs up always.. Yes, green onion will be the best teste for the sauce and bulgogi..but if you don't like it.. you can try them too.. how about.. garlic chives.. do you it?? if you do.. garlic chive can be good match too.. thanks :)
i made your potato recipe with the Korean chili paste cooked until onions and garlic caramelized with the paste and put some Korean chili powder. WONDERFUL!!
Thank you for watching my channel for a long time. What do you mean..make it again? You mean.. make the same recipe video again? Actually my old videos are really old...and the quality is very poor.. so I was thinking to do re-make videos.. thanks for your suggestion..
Do you sons still speak Korean? I hope they don't lose their ability to speak it as they get older. That's a linguistic gift you're giving them as well as the yummy food!

So he is very fortunate and will realize how great it is to be bilingual as he gets older! Good job, Bryson! I already speak 5 languages, but I'll learn more Korean too!
Oh, I can see you are one of my long time viewers.. I had copyright issue for the background music in my old videos..that's why you can not see it anymore. I need to repost them... Do you like the idea ??
