There are some really good plus points to this property, the main ones being the price and the light flowing through. Also, just enough scope to put your mark on it over time because the bones are really good.

Not much curb appeal here, though the hedge attempts to screen the house from the narrow road. The lounge and the kitchen/diner are large, and the ensuite bath was a pleasant surprise. One might want to redecorate, though the kitchen looks updated.

I think most want go paint and put in carpet themselves anyway.
