The Hellraiser franchise had so much potential. It's interesting to see that you guys both have the first movie in the 1 and 2 spots, and that the bottom of each of your lists is also a Hellraiser movie, but it totally makes sense.

Hellraiser is very interesting. A franchise builder off the first three films, that had a drastic value and worth drop. The world is so expansive and the characters themselves have so much potential to carry a franchise alone. It also is completely different from anything out there. Hellraiser is it’s own and nothing can compare to what the world provides. It’s lowkey kinda sad to see where the franchise has gone knowing their is greatness ready to be unlocked. It seriously is on the list of franchise to be rebooted or remade. The technology and ability of practical effects today can be a huge game changer as the good films suffer from there few dated effects.

The guy who played the barber in child's play 3 was not the actor from People Under The Stairs. It was acrually Andrew Robinson, who played the father in the first Hellraiser.

TCM Next Generation has become my Halloween 6 for the TCM franchise - I will defend it every time it comes up as an enjoyable time that gets too much hate, especially considering the entry right before each one.

I might be mistaken, but I swear there was a teaser trailer in like 2000 for Rob Zombie’s “House of 1000 Corpses” that used the opening scene from “Leatherface” (1990) with the mass graves being dug up.

Living doll was a twilight zone episode in 1963
So glad to finally see some Inferno love. Everyone hates on it and I don’t know why. I literally put it up there with the top tier psychological horror films. The movie is so much better than it has any right to be. I don’t even look at it as a Hellraiser film honestly. It’s just a great horror movie.
Yall should rank the best and worst horror movies of all time.

1:08:18 worst offender of this to me is Patricia Arquette. Depp at least came back for a cameo in Freddy’s Dead and Bacon wasn’t the star in the original Friday. Arquette doesn’t seem to acknowledge Nightmare 3 at all despite being the lead and having that be her entry into acting.

My top 3 would have been The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original), Hellraiser and Child's Play (original) in that order. Everything else comes after those three but I'm on the same drug as Mike because I think TCM: The Next Generation is a fun as hell summer night horror movie. Where I'd have to contradict you guys is on TCM the remake. I don't think it holds up all that well personally and aside from a few sequences, it's a little bit of a drag now for me.

I never got into Hellraiser I mean I seen the first movie and I thought it was meh okay never seen the sequels other than the box covers on VHS and DVDs I think Blumhouse should change and fix that series make it less corny and outright scary. I like Childs Play 1&2 3 was boring and everything afterwards was lame. I love the first TCM from the 70's and I love the one from 2001 I think the one with Jessica Biel I believe her name is and I haven't seen any since maybe Leatherface and I didn't like that movie. I think you guys should rank other movies like Pumpkinhead, Phantasm, Children of the Corn the original omen trilogy and jeepers creepers that would be interesting to hear.

The reason I put Revalations above the dogshit movies on my ranking is because the plot was the most similar to the original since 4. The rest added religion and or ruined a character. Revalations is dog shit and I don't rewatch it but it didn't piss me off as much as the ones I put below it.

I'm done with super hero movies. Batman is the only super hero that can carry a serious movie franchise. I like a lot of super heroes but in cartoon or comic book form. What can you do with Superman really ? The original and Superman 2 have quite frankly done everything they could with that character in terms of a movie. For the rest, well let them be what they are meant to be which is comic book characters. The MCU stinks and the recipe is too obvious and deep down they are all the same, just like everything Disney put their hands on. Can't wait to go to the theatre and not see 3 super hero movies on the board. Seriously it's enough !!!!!!
I do completely agree on the perspective of TCM22, if that movie came out in the 80s or 90s people would fucking love it and call it one of the best TCM movies ever made.
