Love your build buddy and it makes me powerful not a fan of the earth spike ability though I prefer mail couldn’t I switch it out and the build still benefit ?
A lot of people are fighting with bad rng trying to get the shockwave aspect and while other parts of the build have some flexibility, this is absolutely necessary or it doesn’t work. I strongly recommend that if you get this aspect on anything other than a weapon, just leave it on that item, equip it and work around it at least until you see another one drop and you have a spare. If you get this aspect at lvl 40 and you use your only copy of it on your weapon, you’ll be hating life with that weapon by the time you’re lvl 60. A low lvl amulet or rings is much easier to work around than being stuck with a low lvl weapon.
Made this mistake with my bear build. I wasn’t aware that we could only use an extracted/imprinted aspect once and used it in my 2h hammer. Now I’m headed to the dungeon to get the same aspect albeit with lower rolls because I’m surpassing my weapon already and need to upgrade!!! Great video brother subscribing 🙏
Thank you for the message, I knew that all pulverize builds NEED the shockwave aspect, I have every other aspect to create this build but if your spender has the wrong aspect applied it just wont work. The issue I have with this game is WHEN to swap to another build, I have one aspect in my current build that makes or breaks it and I haven't seen shockwave aspect for ages and im lvl 50+ world tier 3
Nice video but they changed terrormotes. You need to actually have landslide on your hotbar or you don't generate any, as seen in your video, you are getting 0 terrormotes after sliding. You can save some points in that tree and put them elsewhere unless you plan on slotting Landslide, which this build doesn't need.
Dude! Yes. I used this setup as soon as I got the gear for it in season 3. Using it right now. On my own I was doing okay dmg but my survival rate was kinda meh. I barely chipped away at Grig on t4 with my setup. After changing a few things and using your beginning paragon build I went in and just destroyed him and barely got hurt. I’m so sinking time into this build. It’s the most fun I’ve had in D4 so far. (Coming from a Barb main for almost every Diablo)
I use a werewolf/werebear hybrid build. I got an item that lets me cast a werebear skill for free after i use a werewolf one. I use shred(werewolf) kill an enemy then i use trample(with the 6 landslide thingy) for free then use it again. And have items that boost earth attack damage. It hits hard. And is fun
Thanks so much for this upload. I am currently playing my first walkthrough with one of your previous shapeshifting build, and will jump over to this one later on.
I thought my self made storm based build was incredible. I avoided watching build videos for a while to do it on my own without influence, and see if I'm still good at builds. Well... I was pusjing up to nightmare dungeons and wrecking pretty well. Then I watched this video. Had the pieces in my stash to make it. Jeez... I ended up just clearing whole dungeons twice as fast with zero deaths, and I can get 3 mystery chests in during helltide now. Great build. Feels like a cheat code man. 🤣 I've played diablo since the release day of the first game and never felt this powerful. Even in 3.
All this build now needs is for all the bears in the game to actually follow and aid you in battle (not that you need it), because let's face it: they should see you as a god after this.
I have a 10 second grizzly rage booster on my 2H weapon, spirit boon for 25% longer ultimate. Gives me time to stack my crits to nearly a millions pulverize booster on my amulet to get a good %. Resource generation ring& paragon board.
So I've been trying to get 2 more pieces I need for my Stormclaw build and It's been a bit rough in Nightmare with no luck in drops. I noticed I have these items in your video, Respeced and now I'm blowing through Nightmare in God mode. TY!!!
I wanted to go full blown storm wolf but it is becoming so much of a scavenger hunt for all the uniques that are needed for it, that it may just be more efficient to be an earth bear like the game wants.
Yep, I have essentially all I need for bear in my stash, but I keep banging my head against the walls that are the werewolf uniques. Fine, I'll respec tomorrow..
I hated my Druid from 1-54…… last night I got that pulverize imprint with super great rolls on a legendary and also the bulwark one, definitely game changer I immediately spent all my money and resources to +5 upgrade it lol
I'd say it's the best for tier 3 definitely, a lot of the earth stuff has pretty high drop rates so it's easy to get the pieces you need. Aspects for stormwolf seem really rare and i'm pretty sure a few of them are world tier 4 only drops, and overall the gear requirements for the build to run smoothly are a lot higher (need a lot of lucky hit chance and CDR to make it actually run smooth without much downtime) but the builds for it have way higher potential too.
You can also run a 1 handed plus totem setup with the "crashstone" aspect on your totem (Earth skills do more critical strike damage [x] to crowd controlled enemies). Everything you hit is slowed so that's basically a free crit bonus multiplying stack to all enemies. You get the benefits of: - All your abilities' crits being buffed. - Pulverize costs less spirit to cast. - Faster attack speed to spam pulverize and procc umbral spirit regen more. - Regen spirit faster with your basic attack earth spike on the offchance you run out completely. Cons: - Pulverize shockwaves do half damage (not the slam itself, just the wave shooting forward). I didn't number crunch it but I bet it makes up for the loss in the shockwave aspect scaling being halved (2-handed scaling vs 1-handed scaling). This build seems to rely on hitting healthy enemies for one big chunk so I don't know if it's better to spam attacks or to get the meaty damage number. IT's at least something to play around with and consider if aybody is trying this for themselves. Also. If you want to run petrify instead of grizzly rage, you can put crashstone on your amulet to get 1.5x the crit multiplier. It trades off the grizzly rage ramp up damage for a 3 second burst of really big damage against the petrified enemies.
I feel like you can have a better use skill point then "Wild Earth Spike" It only affects stunned enemies who are already stunned and it doesn't do a lot of damage. Id add it to Defiance or Circle of Life instead.

I really wanted to play Tornado Druid, because I don’t like the clunky Bear Druid since D2. But I was “forced” to play this build, after the helmet and chest dropped 😂 I’m using the unique ring from Lilith (40%), instead of the aspect for spirit generation and up to 50% extra Armor (I get 75% damage reduction), instead of 6 seconds to EB.
I went for Quicksand on gloves and I use Ghostwalker on boots to get that juicy 25% speed bonus and the ability to not be bodyblocked by ennemies. So I had to give up the extra duration on Grizzly Rage or the Trample synergy, but worth it in my oppinion.
Great guide. I have played this build quite a bit. Its pretty good but I have made some modifications that I feel work better. Keep in mind I play softcore. 1) I feel like trample damage is very underwhelming, even with the aspect. The landslide you create doesn't really hit much because enemies are pushed away, and even so it doesn't do a lot of damage when it hits. Its only real use is on bosses I feel. I use trample only as utility and movement, spend my points elsewhere only spending 3 points there and have"Earth strike deals 40%(x) more critical strike damage to crowd controlled enemies instead as aspect. 2) The increased duration on bulwark is great for HC, but its more an emergency button, so to get more consistent defensive stats, I have chosen the one which gives me 0.50% more armour for 4 seconds when dealing damage, up to +50%. When I fight a lot of enemies, my armour will hit over 10.000 when this is fully stacked.

@Toyhouze loving your builds, man! I l'm lvl 54 and just switched from your storm strike/landslide build to this one. Both are fantastic but can confirm that at 54 landslide build does more damage.... Pretty sure 👍
Werewolf has 2 builds that feel stronger but not till endgame. You’re better off using stormstrike especially on bosses. The glyph can’t keep them vulnerable.
@@CoDmaster236If paired with the Earthen Might skill. He even said that he's only choosing it because he has that paragon glyph, but I think that glyph is weak for vulnerability compared to Strike. I wonder if he would keep Earthen Might without Spike. Earthen Might does work well though.
Looks fun, I def. think my Nature's Fury build is stronger though... I'd love to see gameplay in some challenging content because it's kinda hard to gauge it based off this. Lets see how this build does in a nightmare dungeon with mobs at least 15 levels higher. Based on stats and stuff from the gameplay it still looks a little too early to really know what its capable of. My druid at 83 has 7221 AP 6854 Armor and 8391 Health, and I'm smashing level 56ish nightmares in 15 minutes solo.
@Toyhouze Thanks for the video. But do you have any guides for druids starting out? As in what armor and skills should we have for levels 1-10? 11-20? Etc. This video only has an end game finished build, and I’m just wondering what is the best path to get there. Thanks so much.
This build has helped me figure things out so well! Just need a Vasily to drop at all, but do you have gear recommendations in terms of what stats to look for? Overpower %? Lucky hit %? Crit chance/damage %?
Subbed! Your content is wonderful. I dont have the time to figure out cool builds, so i appreciate the work ans effort into making the vidoes for dudes likes me lol 😄
Can we get a part 2 to this build? With further guidance on the how you continued your paragon board. Also is there a way to farm the exact armor, jewelry and weapon pieces that you want?
All these people saying they got this meta build and stuff...(not this guy) but some streamers claim that....don't realize that because of those paragon boards that blizzard implemented allows you to play how you want to and still be powerful
I would love to see where your build is at 80+ I’m at 75 rn and wondering where you built into for you ParaBoard and what affix’s you prioritized. I’m winging it but it’s still working beautifully
Very informative. I’m level 50 and still need to finish the campaign. Have most of the aspects. Gonna try what i have with nature’s fury. Seeing the lightning and hurricanes proc with the earth skills is just *chefs kiss*. Do i need points into the storm skills to make them better/stronger?
I like the video, only thing i dislike about build videos is people(just in general) showing uniques like they easy to get, to finish a build lol. Still love the build tho so keep the content up😁
@@brianvx3 pretty sure, if not slotted, you cannot gain any terramotes. However, for low level or unoptimized gears like the author is running, going pure trample landslide is much better since it not rely on luck hit proc and deals huge damage to single and multiple target. the thing is just, if you want to trample more, you lose the survivablilty, if you want more survivability, you need to wait tramples cd. I actually did the capstone dungeon for WT4 just at lv56 with trample landslide build, its really poweverful and the most you need are the correct aspects, gear states are not that important to low level trample landslide build, at least not that as important as for pulverize, which is in fact a totally different game if you dont have good rolls and state on your gear
So you have something here but not so much with buffing landslide. If you just take off all the points in landslide it becomes a slow generator which makes trample a great source to trigger umbral ring. I just put all of my points into dmg and self healing. 100% like the paragon tree though.
You're looking for core skill damage, earth skill damage, vulnerable damage, ranks to passives, things like that. Earthen might makes every hit a critical, and pulverize procs it pretty consistently so critical chance is only good to get that proc, and critical damage has diminishing returns, so you wanna stack peripheral damage. Spirit amount and spirit cost are also good. Damage to distant is ok. And damage while fortified is also good.
Thanks for this video and build. It is a ton of fun. Question: In the build planner you linked, you do not take enhanced or primal landslide. I followed that planner but do I need to take those? If so, what 2 should be removed on the build guide?
I got rid of those when I discovered you don't get Terramotes if Landslide is not on your skill bar. I instead put those points into resonance. Even though we aren't weaving, 6% damage is still nice.
Did you test the trample (trample perk) damage without putting points on landslide? Are you sure if we put points on landslide the trample damage increase? Thanks :)
I tested druid spells A LOT and several days ago, on a stream, we also curious about this interaction. Soooo, answer is yes, it's work and no, at the same time. If you use Trample, Landslide work, uses stacks and always crit as it should, BUT you can't get THIS stacks, UNLESS you put the Landslide on the spell bar Yeap, if Landslide is on a spell bar, it's work perfectly fine But if not, this passive doesn't work So in this guide, Toyhouze is wrong and this is just a waste on skill point Maybe Blizzard fix this later
@@HyomushkaTwitch so basically dumping points into landslide will increase the landslide effects damage but if you dont hotbar it you dont get the teramote crit guarantee. so basically put points into it to increase damage but not into the sub sections of it?
@@ninponighthawk Yes, putting points in the spell will increase damage But main problem with this crit, in this passives stacks, so if you take second node (more landslides if you hit stunned enemy) in theory this will work, but truly this hard to say, because number of landslide various of Trample travel distance and count it without any damage logs is very hard In my opinion you dont really need landslide on this build, you can easely put this points in something different and get additional slot for legendery aspect For me, i now playing HC with Pulverize, but using shapeshifter def mechanics for more tankines
@@DFLBreakdown I see what you're saying about 20 to 10 being a 50% decrease. But I was saying it's a 100% nerf because before it took 10 kills to trigger the overpower effect. It now takes 10 MORE kills (20) which is 100% more, to trigger the overpower effect. So it's a 100% nerf. If it went to zero that would be a buff. Because then it wouldn't take any kills to trigger a guaranteed overpower effect.
I caught this too during the video. In English, we would commonly use "twice" instead of a 100% to connotate a loss. For example, "it now takes twice as many" or "it's twice as bad." You could also use "doubly" as a synonym. Stating is a 100% nerf gets kinda murky to most.
Hi very nice build thanks for the video, wanted to ask if Temerity can fit in instead of the bulwark increasing pants? since it also give you a beefy barrier

The Landslide skill have to be on the action bar to get the bonus from Enhanced landslide & Primal Landslide. Only asking as it keep coming up when i read / watch about the Druid. Im level 70+ and riding the struggle bus with my level 55 build😆
This build is so much fun, you just slap the floor and everything dies.
Yeah it's pretty great haha
For real, basically a Gorilla at that point
@Toyhouze loving your builds, man! I l'm lvl 54 and just switched from your storm strike/landslide build to this one. Both are fantastic but can confirm that at 54 landslide build does more damage.... Pretty sure 👍
Werewolf has 2 builds that feel stronger but not till endgame.
You’re better off using stormstrike especially on bosses. The glyph can’t keep them vulnerable.
Using 1 into hurricane is a better option.
You're right, but the earth spike has a lucky hit to fully replenish your spirit which let's you spam pulverize. Also fortifies you
@@CoDmaster236If paired with the Earthen Might skill. He even said that he's only choosing it because he has that paragon glyph, but I think that glyph is weak for vulnerability compared to Strike. I wonder if he would keep Earthen Might without Spike. Earthen Might does work well though.
@@CoDmaster236Storm Strike also gives you 25 percent damage reduction.
@@CoDmaster236I didn't realize how the glyph worked initially, so the vulnerability addition to strike is not better like I thought it was.
Very awesome! Thank you for the video !
Glad you liked it!
Then share it bb
@@L4DReaverI’m sayin lemme seee what you workin witttth
Wanna share the build with the class?
I got better with the build thanks to YOU
Thank you man this is what I need
@Toyhouze Thanks for the video. But do you have any guides for druids starting out?
As in what armor and skills should we have for levels 1-10? 11-20? Etc.
This video only has an end game finished build, and I’m just wondering what is the best path to get there. Thanks so much.
I love how you explain how to play 🐻 build
This build has helped me figure things out so well! Just need a Vasily to drop at all, but do you have gear recommendations in terms of what stats to look for? Overpower %? Lucky hit %? Crit chance/damage %?
Subbed! Your content is wonderful.
I dont have the time to figure out cool builds, so i appreciate the work ans effort into making the vidoes for dudes likes me lol 😄
Thanks for the build waiting for the next board 👍
Can we get a part 2 to this build? With further guidance on the how you continued your paragon board. Also is there a way to farm the exact armor, jewelry and weapon pieces that you want?
All these people saying they got this meta build and stuff...(not this guy) but some streamers claim that....don't realize that because of those paragon boards that blizzard implemented allows you to play how you want to and still be powerful
WOW PERFECT DZIĘKUJĘ wlasnie gram druidem i tak go chce zrobic .Pozdrawiam Ghost Poland 🇵🇱✌️🇵🇱✌️
Is there any way to farm specific drops and gear or is this just what to aim for gear wise?
Where do you get those 2 unique items? I have most of these aspects but those 2 items seem pretty important. Thanks! Subbed!
Hi, awesome vid. Is it good for leveling also since we need 2 unique?
Hi, thank you. Yeah but you'll want to start with a Landslide build first until lvl 50 or 60 imo
Even without the helmet, the build is INSANE!
I Got The Vasily Prayer Helm 2 Times Today And Got The Best Version Of The Forify (10) im level 56
Just facetanked Elias with this build. Cheers!
Show us the res of your paragon board now after you leveled your char up more. I love the video
You only get terramodes when the skill has a slot in your skillbar. I was wondering why i didn't get any terramodes.
its crazy to me how different all these d4 guy builds are for the same pulverize class.
I would love to see where your build is at 80+ I’m at 75 rn and wondering where you built into for you ParaBoard and what affix’s you prioritized. I’m winging it but it’s still working beautifully
Not just pve the pulverize bear wrecks in pvp too. So OP!
Hits harder but massive drop in survivability IMO. Also the trample trick no longer works
Making all earth skills bear skills I'm guessing is pretty rare have not seen it
That was the last piece I needed, I got it at like level 63, I'm now 70 and it literally makes everything do triple dmg
@@Shasta369 yeah I'd imagine. Can't do grizzly rage without it
What stats on gear should this build be prioritising? +pulverize skill, crit chance/damage, overpower, core skill dmg?
Amazing guide and build!
Hey just subbed bro, can we get a part two video with the new paragon boards? Thank you!
Very informative. I’m level 50 and still need to finish the campaign. Have most of the aspects. Gonna try what i have with nature’s fury. Seeing the lightning and hurricanes proc with the earth skills is just *chefs kiss*. Do i need points into the storm skills to make them better/stronger?
what a good build video thank you so much man
Thank you! Glad it was helpful! :)
Look like some good fun now only if i get that pulverize shockwave aspect ......
Yeah sucks when you're missing a piece of needed gear for a build
It gives me hope as a casual that my Lvl.53 has a %200 Pulverize Shockwave....😁
I like the video, only thing i dislike about build videos is people(just in general) showing uniques like they easy to get, to finish a build lol.
Still love the build tho so keep the content up😁
You need to have landslide on your bar in order to gain Terramotes.
Are you sure? It would definitely make the landslide aspect less valuable
Good call, it looks like that is the case!
So this build is a bust ?
So what aspect would be reccomended to replace it with?
Do terramotes stack while you do not have landslide on your skill bar, but have the trampled ring?
So you have something here but not so much with buffing landslide. If you just take off all the points in landslide it becomes a slow generator which makes trample a great source to trigger umbral ring. I just put all of my points into dmg and self healing. 100% like the paragon tree though.
Tbh I kinda wish you can re extract aspects that you’ve already used cause it’s kinda hard to find a duplicate
What enhancements are you looking for in a build like this? Physical damage and crit increase ? Do gear stats mater
Looks awesome, gonna take some time till i get the gear and stuff necessary for this build tho.
If you use Trample, Landslide work, uses stacks and always crit as it should, BUT you can't get THIS stacks, UNLESS you put the Landslide on the spell bar
Yeap, if Landslide is on a spell bar, it's work perfectly fine
But if not, this passive doesn't work
So in this guide, Toyhouze is wrong and this is just a waste on skill point
Maybe Blizzard fix this later
@@HyomushkaTwitch so basically dumping points into landslide will increase the landslide effects damage but if you dont hotbar it you dont get the teramote crit guarantee. so basically put points into it to increase damage but not into the sub sections of it?
@@ninponighthawk Yes, putting points in the spell will increase damage
But main problem with this crit, in this passives stacks, so if you take second node (more landslides if you hit stunned enemy) in theory this will work, but truly this hard to say, because number of landslide various of Trample travel distance and count it without any damage logs is very hard
In my opinion you dont really need landslide on this build, you can easely put this points in something different and get additional slot for legendery aspect
For me, i now playing HC with Pulverize, but using shapeshifter def mechanics for more tankines
You have to equip landslide on ur bar to get the terramotes
True! Thanks!
I am doing a pulv poison build.
Destroys at the moment .
great build and informative, thanks! Also going from 10 kills to 20 kills for guaranteed overpower would be a 100% nerf, not 50% :)
Going from 10 to 20 is a 100% increase, but going from 20 to 10 is a 50% decrease. If it was a 100% nerf it would be going to 0.
How is this build now in season 4?
I think the only difference is that you don’t have terramotes now. Ive been trying for like 2 hours now but it might have been changed
Hi very nice build thanks for the video, wanted to ask if Temerity can fit in instead of the bulwark increasing pants? since it also give you a beefy barrier
How easy is this build to start with? Is it recommended to start with a different leveling build and then switch or is it good enough to start out as?
I love your build! I only dont get the resource regen like you do, what am i doing wrong?
Is the 2 point in to landslide a waist ?
Enhanced landslide & Primal Landslide.
Many youtube and on reddit say we only get the 5/5 landslide from "Aspect of the trample Earth" !!!!
The Landslide skill have to be on the action bar to get the bonus from Enhanced landslide & Primal Landslide.
Only asking as it keep coming up when i read / watch about the Druid.
I unlock WT3 yesterday, So nice to have a goal to work forward for.
Thanks kindly for this video.
Yes, I've adjusted the build, I wouldn't get enhanced and beyond, just the 5/5 landslide. Grats on WT3!
Just need the shockwave and vasilys prayer, and I'll be set!!!
been playing pulverize druid since the start. storm wolf is def better though.
this build is dope, nice vid. I just rolled a hc druid yesterday and found a fast aspect of quicksand, switched from lightning to earth, this looking like a really fun way to use that. might steal some ideas, peace bro 🙏
Thanks!
Do you need the weapons that u have? or do u just need the aspects?
saving this for 50+
Hello man Nice video . Which is the order of Stats priority ? thank you
1. Willpower
2. Dexterity / Intelligence
Hope that helped :)
