Your mixture of content including the technical side makes for compelling viewing, and it is always entertaining and informative. I don’t know what cloth pilots are cut from, but very few individuals in the world posses the internal fortitude it takes to board or leave a ship usually by rope ladders in most all sea conditions, nothing but admiration for all aspects of their jobs!
I was really happy to see the launching of the crew life raft. I've always wondered about them. The only thing that would have improved the video would be getting a peek inside it. Poor kitty. Do you grow grass or catnip on board for her? I really do appreciate the glimpses into your life as a ship's captain that these videos give us.
Nice update, thank you Captain 🐈🧜♀️🐬 Hope winds will allow so that you'll be able to dive again around Bonaire Island 👍😎🌴🕊️🫒🍀🦜 (And in addition, in regards to my prior remarks about considering slower cruising speeds to improve MPG, it can also help prolonging life of the precious Celebrity BEYONDs Azipods. Cheers from Radiance O T S with cruise to no-where 😢⚓🇨🇦
I really enjoyed this. I'm glad I found your You Tube channel. I have pictures of every pilot boat from every ship I've been on . I posted them on Pinterest. Never thought it might be a Woman taking the ships out. Fantastic. Also enjoyed the information about the life boats and crew excersize. I love learning new things. Day 2 for me, watching, I. look forward to many more log entries.
So great to see so many women in important leadership positions! As for Bugs, they sure know how to keep their human in line! Mine take turns getting me up in the middle of the night. They have food, they want me to stir it up with my finger.😅
Sounds like my furry little monster 🥰. It’s like she wants me (no one else will do it seems🤦♀️) to sit with her while she eats. Argh our spoilt little monsters 🥰🥰🥰
I felt that I got some insight into the leadership that you provide to your team when the young officer who might have been hesitent a few months ago confidently said "I have the conn." in this video.
My cat, Loki, has lunch at Noon, snack at 2 and dinner at 4. I purposefully do not have plants (he attacked my Money Plant when I did not feed him on time so I put the plant in a room he does not have access to). He is my first cat who does not vomit regularly. But I have had five other cats that would throw up on a regular basis. Not a pleasant clean up task at all.
It sounded like the chief officer asked for a 15 degree rate of turn. Is that correct? 15 degrees per second turn rate seems potentially too fast for a cruise ship, but maybe not as I am not a mariner. Or maybe it was a command for 15 degrees of right rudder? Could you explain what that order was exactly?
I love a Bug belly❤

Can't believe we made it this far well done cheers and keep up the good work Captain Kate
Congratulations on your 100 episode.
Loved sailing with you on the April 12 sailing… Thank you so much for educating us… Love all these videos🚢

Thanks for explaining why we were at Terminal 18 this am; wish I could’ve stayed for the ACB’s.

Amazing, beautiful and smart women CAPTAIN KATE, best regards from ZAGREB, CROATIA!
Sorry - you missed the conference - but happy since I got to be on your April 22 cruise - would have been so sad had you not been aboard!!!
Memories of sliding down upper deck slides on a 744 😂😂😂😂😂 so fun
Watched celebrity beyond and apex departure on port everglades absolutely stunning ❤
Passengers are in safe hands!🙂
Apart from Captain Kate, the Pilot is also a woman. Way to go, ladies 👍👏❣
💯💯💯
I love these videos. One of my favorite things when arriving or leaving any port is to watch the Pilots! Any chance you will be onboard in June?
Inside just watching typing but... safe journey safety all crew...
Will u be returning to Beyond?🎉 and when are you going. Such a awesome woman
Happy 💯
Have a great weekend
Would have been nice to be informed before hand of terminal change. Very chaotic getting to parking garage.
Question and apologies if it’s been asked previously ! , you mentioned staff captain …. What’s that compared to “The Captain “
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You failed to mention that your pal Sandy was a yacht captain on Below Deck.
Crazy that pilot is not wearing a PFD doing that ship exchange
Would you say this is the best job in the world? Because you sure make it look like that!
Woow Nice kate mccue from eidor Andersson

Could we see what goes on in the Engine room?
I'm sure u will have plenty of time to reunite w/ Captain Sandy when u do go on Vacation! 🌅
