If you felt you sink your leg you need to have proper body position take note the head is your balancer of your leg, if your head is up your legs will go down if your head is down your legs will automatically go up to the surface of the water. You just do Zombie Arms Position that your relax in the water
My swimming instrutor tells me to keep my head up (chin level) out of water all the time but the problem is when I do it I start sinking specially when I breathe in. My body do not relaxes fully. Any suggestions how to keep my head out of water all the time ?
Hi Mea thanks for your feedback for that practice dog paddle swim is that all about water survival skills the moment you’ve breathe is to keep paddling your hand front or in a forward movement with proper catch and pulling the water with timing
i think this method is easy. let me try in swimming pool. :) while i am doing front crawl and blowing bubbles in nose im bit sinking? may i know whats the reason
Hi for that reason you just need to relax yourself as you don’t need to be against the water and fight for it, instead you need to feel the water as the water help to float you up in the surface.
do we need to bubble through nose when our head is inside the water...or is it just while taking our head out of the water.....I am just thinking do we simply keep our mouth and nose tightly closed when we are under the water ??
Hi thanks for the comment it doesn’t matter if you blow bubbles in mouth and nose or you will do bubbles from your nose only as long as your comfortable and the is no water inside your nose as it is really painful. In terms of bubbles it depends how many stroke you used if your doing a longer strokes then just keep holding your breath and do only bubbles when your going to breath but if a short number of strokes is up to you to hold breath and do bubbles when your bring or you can do bubbles in every strokes you do that what we called continuous bubbles or explosive bubbles that you do bubbles in every stroke you do specifically when you do every 2 strokes or 3 strokes thanks hope you learn from me
