How strongly can I DISagree? Holly J's so-called "redemption" was so poorly written & acted, she went from Queen Bee to Saint Holly J on a dime. There was nothing organic about her change...it was just BOOM. And even when she was supposedly improved, she was still b*tchy. I was so glad to see her listed as worst on here.
@@WrenFaithBridger Holly J didn't become good "on a dime". Her family lost their money which knocked her down a peg, and she became more chill after having a gun pointed at her in season 8. She never became a "saint" but she did learn how to actually hold friendships and support other people

A good character doesn't mean they're a good person, and vice versa. A good character is someone you can't stop watching, for whatever reason, and are invested in. Whether it's a good guy you want good things for or a bad guy you want to fail. A bad character is someone boring, forgettable, poorly written. Paige became nice actually. She did the mean girl turned nice girl development arc first, so it makes sense she is ranked ahead of Holly J. Paige also had several iconic moments on the show, some of the most beloved moments whereas Holly J didn’t really have the same iconic moments. And Holly J was also a lot meaner than Paige ever was, not even Paige treated her friends the way Holly J treated Anya. Paige was a mean girl but she was a hard core friend. Holly J did have solid character development, but yeah Paige was a better character
Adam will always be one of my favorites characters of Degrassi. He was one of the nicest personalities on the show in my opinion, who also went trough a lot, just for wanting to be who he really was

The Holly J slander is a joke right? She grew from antagonist to ultimate queen. Had one of the healthiest relationships with Declan and ended that relationship because she wanted to stand on her own without his help. She did bad things, but paled in comparison to other characters.
