Both are good
If enemies are tanky ( 3 out of 5 or 4 out of 5 of them in a single match ) Assassin emblems benefits can be a huge help for Argus to melt them because of the high pen it gives ...
However Marksman emblem can also do the same but with quirks : No pen and no mov speed but with a high attack speed that can help reduce the effects of Dominance ice passive and other effects that reduce attack speed
So yeah both are good

assassin emblem is my favorite
Go for assasin emblem for the PEN and Mov Speed, it's especially good if you're the type that don't use boots . IMO go for the marksman emblem if you want the attack speed stats, the lifesteal stats isn't that usefull considering Argus is not sustain type hero.

You know I've always wanted Darth Vader skin..I got him recently since the event..I played him in every match..but then I realised..I missed the other skins sound effects..skill 1 with the chains..and skill 2 the blade sound effects..and also his basic attack sound effects..Darth Vader skin is cool af for real but the other skin sound effects are much more satisfying to hear🔥
