there is an issue in your presentation - rate for middle unit (which are the cheaper ones) in the rate plan was 1.893 mn AED - but in very next slide you mentioned starting price is 1.83mn AED? how is that possible.

1.83 M is a starting price for few units, seems a promotional price for early birds, generally most units are priced at 1.893 M

@@jacapital so Verona would still be cheaper then. I can see Verona middle units are still 1.83 same dimensions as you have shown for 1.893
