Guys we picked up a 1987 HONDA TRX250R - and our plan is a full moto style build… stay tuned as we go thru this QUAD from top to bottom.. and show you guys all of the steps on making it “ mint “ again .

This thing is going to be awesome. I would look for inspiration from Dean Sundahl. He built some of the most killer long travel desert quads in the 80s and 90s.

I never understood that type of swingarm--the kind with the +6 soda straws connected to the carrier. Even if you're only doing straight line drag racing, it seems like a catastrophic failure waiting to happen.
