Retiring DISD elementary teacher (temporarily) says goodbye after 50 years of teaching

Foster Elementary P.E. teacher Ruth Kaiser retires after 50 years of teaching. On the last day of school, Kaiser roamed the halls giving hugs and saying goodbye. But the DISD teacher won't be gone for long - she returns next school year as a substitute.
