I love your videos! They are well edited and very informative to what is available in the dining room. My husband and I are going on Carnival again for our 25th anniversary. We are looking forward to trying Emerils dishes. We have always enjoyed the food on Carnival for over 20 years of cruising. Meals I do not have to plan, shop, prepare, cook and clean up after!!!
Congratulations on your 25th anniversary! 🍾🎉 Always great to celebrate on a cruise. It's so nice being able to order what you like, enjoy all that good food, and then just walk away to enjoy the entertainment later in the evening. Thank you very much for the comment- we appreciate it! 😊
I see this lady in tons of cruise videos and not only is she beautiful, but I love her feedback on the food choices. She is very lucky to be able to do these videos. Thanks for the information and the tips provided. I am going on the Venezia on March 2025 out of Port Canaveral.
I miss watching your videos, I’m not sure what happened, but so glad I came across your videos today! I can’t comment on one dish, so many yummy selections! Over the years I’ve tried almost everything I was interested in, but I keep forgetting to select the Antipasto; the eggs on tortilla at Blue Iguana. I also have to try a few more of Emeril Lagasse dishes, like the deviled eggs you tried! Thanks for sharing 😋😋😋😋
Our pleasure- thanks for watching and the comment! 😊 Yeah if you subcribe and have youtube send a notification whenever we upload a new one, then you'll be able to see them more often 🙂 Yeah those Emeril dishes were usually quite tasty- that was smart on Carnival's part to collaborate with him.
When it comes to cruise food, I’m easy to impress, but I’m also super tough to impress. I’ve been very critical with Royal’s food selection and their quality lately. They used to be up to this caliber, but not lately. Everything looks superb here, but the Seafood Newberg really stood out to me. I’m so impressed they offer Roasted Venison in the MDR! Shame it wasn’t very tender. As for the desserts, the Baba Napolitano stood out to me, but if you forced me to have one of the others, I don’t think I could complain! Wow, I’m so impressed with the creativity here. It’s not ultra gourmet, but it’s not plain ol meat & potatoes either. Carnival seem to really go all out to give you an adventure! This is the type of cruise cuisine I really go for. Even with the $5 up charge I think I would have to try at least 3 entrees. Soooo much to choose from… another dish of note was the seared tuna appetizer. I would have so much fun on this cruise!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the food Scott! 😊 Seafood Newberg- that was buttery goodness. We were excited about the venison since it's pretty rare to see, but sometimes these more exotic meats are more lean and not as tender. That tuna app looked like it was from a specialty dining restaurant. Hopefully dishes like those will get other lines to step up in the age of cut-backs.
I think Poke cake to me is a sheet cake with holes poke in the baked top and a jello syrup is poured over after baking and before frosting. I love the short ribs dish. I thought the Bra add just ran on and on. I watched the sponsored ads in total as I know it helps the channel and I hope other viewers do the same. Love your channel. Joanne's hair up so cute.
Thank you very much for the support Kathy! 😊 And appreciate the compliment on Joann's hair, and your explanation of the poke bowl cake. We were a bit baffled by the name there lol.
Enjoy all of your videos. Nice presentation and realistic (honest) reviews. Is that your son who is now towering over Mom??? Incredible! And thanks for helping me understand that sugar-free desserts are not something to avoid.
The food on Carnival is good to me, I just wish they would plate it a little better. Some of the dishes looked like it was just thrown on. Overall a great variety. Thanks for a great video. What’s your next adventure?
Our pleasure- thanks for chiming in George! 😊 We're not sure where to next as we're more last-minute cruisers, but hopefully during late fall or winter.
I really enjoyed this series. I'll be going on the Carnival Venezia twice next year, for 8 & 9 days. Those will be my first Carnival cruises, having only sailed with NCL so far.
Another great video ... The last day was not the most impressive Will be doing the Carnival Magic in May. We just booked a 28 day cruise to Singapore on the Discovery Princess. Singapore and the Philippines have been on our bucket list for 20 years.
Thank you very much! 😊 14 days is going to be amazing! You guys may well see a few more nights of unique entrees before they start repeating. Have a great time!
Thanks for the comment Brad- two tasty entrees to choose from there! 😋 Yeah the reason why you don't see much bar coverage from us is because we don't drink- maybe some red wine once every few cruises.
I am a picky eater and much of what I saw, I wouldn’t touch. My number one food not to eat is mushrooms. Hubby and I do find ourselves in the buffet a lot because while the entree would be fine, the sides that come with it are unappealing. We also don’t like our food served in a pile!
Thanks for the comment! Yeah if there were any entrees you'd liked, you can always ask the waiter to skip the sides and the kitchen will usually oblige no problem 🙂

@@TravelTouristVideos yes, I subscribed, thank you ❤️
The chicken Tajín looks interesting. I love your descriptions of all the dishes!
Thank you very much! 😊 Yeah we thought they put in a nice effort towards variety every dinner, and that Chicken Tanjine was a good example 😋

Yes, that's exactly what it is. It's a popular dessert in the mid-west, I believe jello is poured in the holes.

Thank you very much- glad you enjoyed them! 😊 Yup he has grown a lot- eating all that cruise food helps 😁
@@TravelTouristVideosI couldn’t send a regular comment for some reason but tell Joann I said I loved the happy dance.
Thanks Angela! 😊 Not sure why you couldn't comment separately- are you able to for other videos?
@@TravelTouristVideos yes I can always comment and as you know I always do. I just wasn’t able to this time for some reason.
No problem Angela! We always enjoy hearing from you 🙂

Nice! Happy to hear you enjoyed the series! 😊 Carnival & NCL both bring the fun for sure.

Will be doing the Carnival Magic in May. We just booked a 28 day cruise to Singapore on the Discovery Princess. Singapore and the Philippines have been on our bucket list for 20 years.
Thanks JL! 😊 Wow 28 days on the Discovery is going to be amazing, especially Singapore and the Philippines. Congrats!!
Great job, as always ! We are going on a 14-day cruise on Venezia. We had no idea what options we would have on a longer cruise. Thank you!
Thank you very much! 😊 14 days is going to be amazing! You guys may well see a few more nights of unique entrees before they start repeating. Have a great time!
I’m not sure if I’m craving turkey or veal more!!!
Have you guys ever considered making a video or two covering the bars and drinks on your cruises?
Thanks for the comment Brad- two tasty entrees to choose from there! 😋 Yeah the reason why you don't see much bar coverage from us is because we don't drink- maybe some red wine once every few cruises.
Nice Mjam !
Glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Love ❤️ you guys videos keep it up ❤😂🎉😎🛳🚢
Thank you very much- will do! 🥰🙏🛳️🙌

That’s sad. I would hate to be so limited. I have the opposite problem. I love everything except fried food. My problem is choosing….
You are far too biased towards seafood and deserts, and when has Veal Milanese been called fish?
