Boeing 777’s are such beautiful planes. Definitely underrated
And they are safe as well. Their safety record is just second to A340
I used to work for British Airways for 32 years. We never offered such a wonderful first class service. Maybe things have changed over the years. How wonderful that other airlines offer the best to all aviation customers. This gives you the right to chose. Namaste🙏

They were phenomenal. Times have changed. If they survive people around the world want cheap tickets. & cheap gets you cheap reductions in staffing & cabin amenities. Food etc it trickles down. Don’t expect the old Cathy on the cheap tickets. Cheap gets you cheap.
I fear CCP does NOT have Cathay's (or HK's) best interests at heart.

One thing I really love about your videos is that they are all quiet. They leave us to enjoy the surrounding environment as it is with no much music or vocal comments from you. That feels more natural. Thanks.

I've grown up in Hong Kong so I've flown Cathay my whole life!! Though I've only ever flown economy and sometimes premium economy. I love your videos! Cathay will always remain my favourite carrier and I hope I can afford business/first fares one day :)

What’s the main point of copying?
I took a similar flight from Vancouver to New York JFK First Class. Did it just before Cathay discontinued that route. So worth it. One of the best experiences I've ever had in the air.
I have been a diamond Marco Polo member since 2009. I only used to fly Cathay Pacific and felt that they were the best airline in the world. Cathay doesn't always operate the best hard products, but they more than make up by offering the finest soft products, including the best cabin crew on the air.
Cathay is one of the best! great service! excellent hospitality! fond memories.

I have warm memories of my Cathay flight HKG/ORD. I chose seat 2A. Outstanding hospitality. I chose the burger for my mid-flight meal. Still have my pajamas (although never wear them at home) and the slippers. Also kept the little “thank you note” from the Purser that they wrote to each of us.

Cathay Pacific has always been my benchmark for airlines. I always love flying with CX.
Flew Cathay Sing apore-Honkers and Honkers to Melbourne in 1977 as a 29 year old single, BW(Before Wife), that's 43 years ago, Economy i.e. on the cheap, but nothing was cheap on theses flights with Cathay, we had a great crews on board and the flight back to Melbourne the crew joined some of us (as a night time flight) discussing our experiences on our 14 day trip, this made us feel part of the crew, I have been flying since 1964 and have always wanted to feel the same as these flights with Cathay. My company always flew with the Australian business carrier's. I hope you enjoy this video as I did. Phill the Flyer
I flew LHR-HKG on CX F last year (2019) - and it was spectacular! The service was so attentive, and the food & beverages on board were outstanding. I would love to do it again.

So when I found this report, and Cathay Pacific in F class no doubt, the first thing I did was cancel all appointments, grab a lovely big cup of tea and settle in for, what I knew would be the best half hour of my week! Thank you for making my week. And on behalf of those half a million subscribers, can I just say, thank you for every report you post. They give us an insight into experiences that we may never be able to have in person, but nonetheless, an experience we can have....

Yes my first flight in my life was in Cathay Pacific from Mumbai to Bangkok in the year 1998 it was a double decker and awesome flight very good memories and second flight was from Bangkok to Singapore.
I flew Cathay Pacific from Bangkok to Toronto via Hong Kong. I was impressed with the cabin crew and flights in general. I really enjoyed the nose camera view on landing. At the time my work as a flight nurse working with an international air ambulance company meant I flew on our own Learjets, or on commercial flights first class.
I used to work for this airline, now after a year of not flying for the company, all the sounds (PA, Oven, and engine noises) really bring back good old memories.
This is a great example of why I love your airline videos. I would never know (until it was too late) that 1A and 2A are the best seats because of the wall along the middle seats.

Flown with Cathay on multiple occasions in first or business class. Both domestic and long-haul. Have always experienced superb service.
Flew in Business with them in March during the pandemic. Absolutely top notch. The seats were clean, extremely spacious, food was a bit small but maybe I’m just a big guy. The snacks (burger) was amazing, inflight entertainment was great, service was very professional. And the lounge had a nice shower.
Your videos are so incredibly good. They are so relaxing. I watch the trips more than other shows because it relieves anxiety. I even select the food I would get. Thank you so much for sharing.

I flew Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong to Tokyo. Was a fantastic experience beautiful experienced crew. It was a fantastic trip.

Exquisite first class suites. Delightful color palette. Soft hues accented with the faux wood trim and white panels around the windows. Stylish yet soothing. A+ for design and execution.
Never heard of Cathay Pacific but that is superb comfort and luxury. Great video and thanks for taking us along.

Self learning meaning learn about the stock market, learn about investing, saving money, business. You will one day become rich like Harshad Mehta if you do this. Rich high value succesfull people think much differently than average people, this I know.

Cathey Pacific is a great airlines I flown 2times New Delhi to Hong Kong and Hong Kong to New Delhi, excellent service, well mannered staff.

Ive always been flying with Cathay ever since I was little and they do have a really good service!! Cathay's hospitality is really good.
It is good to fly in First Class. We can have great privacy and service. For me, the most important is fully recharged upon arrival and ready to do my work. Good video.. please upload more....

thanks for making this viedo. i love cx as well! what i can say is ... they do not have the best hardware but their crew are always the best. they are so professional and friendly! my grandma was travel with cx before , she lost her phone and cried inflight... she told me all the crew was so helpful and caring. keep checking her condition and searching all the floor/ toilets/ and also the trash bin. my grandma insist to give them tips, but they also rejected. I can only say they are so great

We love Cathay Pacific. Fortunate to fly Premium Economy from Brisbane to London Heathrow via Hong Kong in Sep 2019 and then back to Australia in Business Class from Rome via Hong Kong. We had a 6 hour layover in Hong Kong on our return trip so we were able to use a Cabana in The Wing lounge and then had a late breakfast in The Pier. A wonderful full service airline and we hope to fly with them again.

Flew CX F 4 times in 2019 thanks to the error fare. Each flight and experience was great. One of the flights i developed a cold as soon as i hit the BA lounge and the crew were very attentive when i asked for tea and such. Unfortunately i didn’t get to enjoy the food as much as i was either stuffed from the lounge or not hungry, but when i did eat the food was excellentl. The dim sum pre arrival was beautiful and tasty, the Caviar was perfect, the burgers are insanely good, and of course my last flight i discovered how amazing the steak was, it was perfect. I watched Chernobyl and texted my friends back home with the free WiFi most of the time, one flight i slept 9 whole hours, i think it was the flight to Vancouver after a long day in Vietnam. The bedding was out of this world, it was so soft. Unfortunately we didn’t get the new meal service as that was only on a handful of flights. The crew were also nice one particular crew were amazing, the others were good, but nothing special. I love CX a d their F product, but it was exiting to fly JAL coach on the way home and get a change of scenery

One of the best videos I have seen with some one that really knows how to use the camera and achieve the right anglles so that the viewer can really get a great view of the seats and the accommodation

Thank you for video,stay safe please .I was hoping to see the view of unusual road to the airport but it was night .Hong Kong airport is interesting by its place its build on partly artificial coast and I guess longest bridge and underwater tunnel goes there.
My family and I travelled with Cathay Pacific back in 2014 from Karachi to Bangkok and back and I must say, the whole experience was phenomenal. Even though we travelled in economy , their service was top notch still! Sad that they don't operate in Pakistan anymore:( We had to experience an unexpected over night delay at Bangkok airport during our return flight but the airline was kind enough to accommodate all passengers in the transit hotel at the airport with halal food and breakfast included specially since the majority of passengers on that flight were Muslims. Our flight in the morning was short, about 3-4hrs so obviously we were given only one meal-breakfast along with other refreshments but my youngest brother who was 6 at the time got hungry even after the breakfast. Since it was a short flight they didn't really have any proper snacks on-board but they gave my brother a cookie which he was really happy about and kept coming back to ask him if he wanted more! Overall loved the experience. Definitely recommend!!!

I have flown LAX-HGK on Cathay many times in First Class and was terrified of CoVid19 changes like pre-packaged meals or bottled/canned beverages, but you have illustrated that -- except for the hot towels -- they have maintained truly exceptional First Class service standards! This is great news that I could not find elsewhere. Looking forward to my next trip now that I can see it is the same as I would hope to expect and not compromised in any way. Thanks again!

Me and my family flew from HKG - MNL in business class for the first time. Despite it was only 1,5 hrs long it was worth it and I would love to fly with them again 👍🏾

Hello, just have found your channel, I am amazed. My wife and I traveled with Cathay Pacific , five years ago, we were in coach section , but, I felt in love with the airline, the service and grace of the crew. As you called them they are fantastic. It doesn't matter which section of the plane the service is exceptional.
Flew Cathay Pacific Business Class from Manila to LA. The crew was great. Very courteous and accommodating. One of my favorite airlines for sure.I do agree with you that The Pier is their best lounge in Hong Kong.
Watching these brings there here and then now.
Fly Cathay Pacific many times to SE Asia from Vancouver, Canada. Best airline so far for the long flights. Lounges are great too.

On time flights, smooth flights and nice air crews.
What a thrill for me seeing HKG airport again. My son lives there and I can't visit him because of the COVID-19. I hope i'll be allowed to meet him in September!! Your videos are always very interesting and relaxing, too.
