Could you do some videos of your listings using a camera mounted on your ATV? The aerial/drone videos are nice, but I would rather see the way the land lays from ground level. Easier to judge if there is enough flat ground to build the required residence and any other improvements.
I don't understand why you don't mention the total price of the property, and a phone number to contact. Also, if the property was already sold, why are you still advertising it.?
Hi Maria, all prices can be found on our website at www.InstantAcres.com - we are not advertising the property but we do have to leave all videos on UA-cam, otherwise the buyers would no longer be able to view them.
I like your drone videos of the properties you list but I really do wish you would say in the videos how much the land actually is instead of just $500 down.
Please click on the link (in the description under all videos) to see the full listing page which will show price, payments, availability, etc. - thanks!
@@InstantAcres Since you didn't ssy YES, I must assume the answer is no. You circumvented directly answering the question, by giving a general statement about payments.
Looks like it is sold. Please visit our website at www.InstantAcres.com to see the other available tracts at "The Jesse James Project" in Pulaski County, Missouri - thanks!
Grew up playing in Mill Creek
Very cool!

Is it possible at all to find a small piece of property for someone who has a very limited income?
Payments are based upon the price of the property.
