Thousands of Jews have been killed and injured as the wars have become increasingly violent. Israel is unable to maintain military superiority indefinitely. The Palestinians are determined to reclaim the land they believe is rightfully theirs. Total victory is unlikely for both sides due to the large populations of Palestinians and Israelis sharing the same land. The only solution is to establish a unified federal government for the people of Israel and Palestine, based on secular democratic principles and a constitution that treats Palestinians and Israelis equally, ultimately leading to peace.
