I love red potatoes, I eat 5-10 lbs of them RAW per week! Wish I could smell these fresh outta the ground, that delicious fresh petrichor goodness.

That ground looks so heavy and yet the spuds are coming out clean like they do in sugar sand? I guess I will never understand North Dakota lol
