    Love my P❤️LKs!
My first speaker was the LS90s and I just picked up some L600s…Amazing!
Still can’t beat my full 5.2.4 RTiA system as well.

I worked in retail in the 80-90's and we had some of the SDA series. I actually heard sound from behind me listening to Stuart Copeland The Rhythmtist, I had to replay the track as I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Polk has always been on the forefront of technology. I still 2 pairs of Tsi 100's a CS 20 center and a pair of OWM3's. I look forward to setting up a Reserve Home Theater.

Been a Klipsch person for over 20 years, but the R700 is very appealing, wish I could audition them somewhere. I also see some people say these speakers are a bot laid back especially at the top end.

Never found the need to go beyond the LSIM line that are amazing for home theater if placed correctly and powered with enough to bring them alive.

💯%… That’s how I feel about my S55’s. People were suggesting that I go with the S60’s, but S55’s are the right size for my room, and am very happy with them.

I got r200 as desktop speakers, i wanted big bookshelfs(big desk in size and depth), hehehe bit of an overkill, but for me they are just great for the role.

I have the RTi-2000P for my front (L&R).They have the dual 8 inch bass woofer and powered. They are used for HT and music listening. I had been using them for the past 13 years. Its still going strong, but lately I've been thinking of replacing them, and have my eye on the new L600. Would the L600 give a significant improvement in performance? I can't find the L600 locally for listening comparison so I have to ask here.

Just use the R900 they are so wide playing filling the whole height area with sharp sound. I love them running them with the Signature series on the ground.

It would be nice if you had a matching subwoofer for the Reserve series.

Man, I really wanted to purchase the L600 towers but I just could not get over the baskets of the speakers being made from stamped steel instead of casted aluminum baskets. At that price range, there is no excuse to not have casted baskets. Come on Polk!

    • @royaustin5022

I totally agree with you especially when Wharfedale EVO4.3 is in the same price range and they have cast aluminum woofers and a real wood veneer cabinets.

who cares if it works fine? why is that a problem? you wont look at baskets, it is just an cosmetics thing that is inside

@@JC.LC. only cosmetic as way i see it. alu cast just looks different. it is not better ,just in looks maybe. function is the same. both will last. so build quality argument is moot

@@eniojurko you think the tires Ferrari chooses to use in their cars are for cosmetic reasons? Any tire will roll and get you from point A to point B. But not all tires perform the same way. Why do you think most speaker manufacturers that put out a good quality product use casted aluminum baskets? It's not for cosmetic reasons, as most people will not see them. It has to do with ringing and strength. And when I spend the kind of money polk wants for this series of speakers myself and others expect quality throughout the product.
