Owning a 1970 CL350, This 2021 CB350 makes me smile. But, 20.8 horsepower is disappointing. My 2005 Kymco Venox gets 30 horsepower from 250cc and that's with carburetors! I expected Honda to do more. My old Honda CL350 got 33 horsepower over 50 years ago!
I see what Honda did. Gave it torque down low instead of peak power up high, then raised the gear ratio for lower revs & better gas mileage. Like my Honda NC700X. Only makes about 50 HP but at 80 mph it's only spinning 4,000 rpm. I average 60-70 mpg in town & on the highway.
Yup, and this is exactly what some people want from their bikes. I ride a 150cc and hate the fact I gotta rev it to 8k to get any torque out of it. This CB350 looks very appealing to me. ABS, modern lighting, comfy seat, relaxed riding position, and it's affordable. The only thing I'm slightly worried about is riding this air cooled bike in heavy traffic in SE Asia heat. Hope it won't boil my eggs lol
@@davidtsw It won't get too hot, as these 350cc engines are low revving, also extra cooling is needed in bikes with a higher compression ratio. This bike was my first choice, but since i am a student as of now i couldn't get this due to budget issues and got the Pulsar NS 200 instead due to better price to performance ratio.
scrambler = higher mounted exhausted, footpegs moved a bit forward so you can stand up easier, wider and higher handlebars, preferably spoked wheels, skid plate. Cafe Racer= pegs moved further back, clip-ons or lowered handlebars, rear fairing at the back of the seat
It's another model that's essentially tge same apart from a few cosmetic differences. Highness is a Modern Classic and this RS is a Modern Retro style of bike.
Thats not the target audience. Honda makes a ton of more cc bikes there is plenty to choose from. This bike is targeted for the urban rider who wants great gas milage, new rider, older rider who just wants to relax and ride and have a ton of fun going up and down the gears.

Super nice. Honda needs to make a 750cc version of this and bring it to the USA.
Or even a 650 version to take on the interceptor!
@@johanchandy6238 Yeah, a 650 would be awesome.
Hell yeah
We need them in Europe. So ideal for small courtiers as mine. Malta
I totally agree. I’d love to have one for riding around West Yorkshire where I live
And USA
Excellent review good bike great accent felt like a foreign channel than our own keep up the good work guys👍🏻

These engines also last longer than high revving engines I guess

Just bought the blue color. And it looks sexy af. Love with this machine♥️
Is it comfortable for a 6'2 rider? How tall are you?
I am 6'6 and this bike felt quite the same with the interceptor 650 on the top.
Great review guys! 😄💯
Thanks!
If honda could put a decent price tag on it, they'd have no problem selling this in the states
Wonder how this compares to the RE Hunter 350 ?
What is a definition of Scrambler/Cafe Racer? how you can differentiate or explain any bike that is it scrambler or not?
scrambler = higher mounted exhausted, footpegs moved a bit forward so you can stand up easier, wider and higher handlebars, preferably spoked wheels, skid plate.
Cafe Racer= pegs moved further back, clip-ons or lowered handlebars, rear fairing at the back of the seat
it cracked me up when you say you don't like the name 'highness' at all. I don't like it either.
honda cb 350 rs or royal enfield 350?
Really need this in the USA
Is it faster than a tiger?
I am 182 cm. How do i look on it? Does it fit? Is it a big bike?
Yes it would am 183 and this bike suits me
Mileage?
Damn when will this bike arrive in the Philippines
We want Jawa 42 2.1 ride review
That bike is lovely 🤤
Maybe they introduce the cb350rs to finally release it to Europe in order to compete with the Meteor.
Is it suitable for 5.4 height riders
No
Ys
Yes with riding boots u can tip toe easily. Go ahead people with same height ride higher adv. It's just getting used too
Wear high heels of 4” so you are balanced
200 cc with fuel efficiency and good performance and also in 160cc
Go for Honda unicorn 160
Front mud guard problem ???
thats how the standard cafe racer set up is.
I have no idea what a highness is, but that there is what you call a standard.

Coming to America...?
Honda India is gearing up for exports to its major markets, may be soon.
@@sudharsansanthanaraja8327 I sure hope so, I think there is a market for this bike here in the US.
Honda if you are reading this, bring it to the US please.
Balanced review!
Philippines?
What's that ugly grate thing on the left side?
Amazing Bike!!! I'll buy it in one second!!!
you were comparing RS with Highness but suddenly you compared it with the meteor @6:01... Strange 😐
Same category bike price wise & 350cc too
@@yatishbajpai8478 ok
Harley would call it Dark Custom. Toyota would call it Night Shade?
Looks like the reviewer is in itself is confused "Compared Cb350 RS with Meteor" 😂😂😂
Plse review jawa42 2.l
RS deserve more engine power
Thumbs down for honda this time,👎

It looks good maybe with a side car
Hero xpulse200T bs6 please review
That accent was a distraction..
gearing is perfect...
It is a masterpiece to fool people and to force them to pay more for nothing extra.
Se a Honda produzir uma custon para viagens com o mesmo motor 350 seria uma boa, compraria uma...
Its INR 5lakhs here in Nepal 🥲🥲
Seriously bro?? You've got to be kidding me
Buy a used one
Accent was causing distraction, otherwise decent review 👍🏻
Bring to Australia
No
Only 20 hp! Shame on you stupid Honda
yeah,but got 30nm torque...
honda should have given cb300r along with cb350 and rs
even the 1970's cb 350 had 30hp plus😅
KTM 390 DUKE, KAWASAKI Z400, YAMAHA XSR 300,
Honda CB350 is sad. KTM 390 DUKE is the best in 400cc Class.
cb 350 got long stroke engine..its a rival to classic 350,meteor 350, imperiale 400 😉
The Honda has them all beat in looks and will outsell them all combine ....mark my words.
Dont you ever compare chapri bike with old school bikes. Its a blasphemy.
Ek kaam kar us orange plactic ki batti bna aur gaand me dal le
nice accent 👌
Why the fake accent ???????
Easy there with the fake accent
What's with the fake accent?
