For the Rice Krispie treats you can stir in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers with the Rice Krispies! Then when you toast it the chocolate chips will get melty too!
@@katethomsen3981 Agreed! That's what I was thinking! Although, I like what the previous commenter was saying about cocoa krispies. But I think all cocoa krispies might be too overwhelming or too sweet. If you wanted to keep it cereal based, I think doing a combination of regular rice krispies, cocoa krispies, and cinnamon toast crunch or golden grams cereal, with the mini marshmallows sprinkled in would be really good to toast!
I feel like if you don’t try that roasted marshmallow dessert thing with Golden Grahams instead of Rice Krispies then you’re just really missing out on pure s’mores perfection. 🤤🤤
Oooooooooooo…. That sounds amazing. I LOVE Rice Krispie treats (Fruity Pebbles treats are also fun) Question: Do you add the fluff while melting the marshmallows or stir it in when adding the Rice Krispies?
My family discovered on a camping trip that the packaged Rice Krispy treats with half of a Dove chocolate bar on top, left in the sun to melt, is one of the best camping treats of all time. I can't wait to try toasting it for extra oomph!
When making Rice Krispies add like a cup of Golden Grahams cereal to the recipe. Then after you toast it and do the chocolate drizzle. You’ll enjoy all the elements of a s’more. 🤤
I'm on the first day of my period for this month and the cramps etc. are really doing their thing lol. But these videos always are such a good time so it's a nice distraction while i wait for the pain meds to kick in lol.
I'm recovering from dental surgery, and it's infected so I feel you. This video was a perfect remedy for the "I'm in pain and it sucks" blues I got right now. Hope you feel better soon 😊😊😊
For the Creami you could try just blending all the ingredients first (obv. no need to use frozen anything for this step) and then freezing it. That way you get the smoothness of the Vitamix with the convenience of the Creami.
For the Rice Krispie treats you can stir in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers with the Rice Krispies! Then when you toast it the chocolate chips will get melty too!
You need to do a version of the Rice Krispie treats with chocolate chips. Feel like that would be amazing. Also ... how did no one think of this before??
The mac and cheese ramen sounds delicious i have these in my pantry so definitely going to try. I don't watch tiktok so i rely on videos like yours to show me trends especially food related ones.
We have done cocoa pebbles and substituted peanut butter for the butter. So good. If I was doing reeses, I would try the mini ones!! Now I want to try that!
I know EXACTLY what you’re talking about!!! OMG I’ve never thought about it until right now but raw is a perfect description. I don’t think they all have that raw taste but I’ve definitely had my fair share lol. Def trying this toasted marshmallow asap!
Oh, thanks for the tip about cottage cheese in an omelette. Now I want to try it! Rachel, you may like a sweetened cottage cheese mix to fill crepes. Top with some fruit and it takes on a whole different flavor!
Now I know why I always end up in my kitchen on Saturdays! 👩🍳 Gotta try the marshmallow treats over fire pit, and the whipped brie sounds heavenly. Think I'll mix in a little raspberry compote with the brie. 😋 Thanks Rachel!! 💖
Idk where she got the recipe but my sister makes a buttered filo dough wrapped baked brie which gets drizzled with salted caramel syrup right out of the oven. At family functions it's gone in minutes, honestly so simple but just amazingly good.
@@chrisbecker4412 ok I've secured the recipe. She says she uses the 32 oz size brie or whatever the larger size wheel is at your store & an entire role of the Filo dough (the one she uses has 20-24 sheets both are fine), when you open it keep the Filo under a barely damp towel or it will dry out instantly. I suggest lining a baking sheet with parchment & doing this right on the baking sheet so you can just pick it right up & put it in your preheated 350°F oven. She cuts some of the rind off the top leaving abt ½ an inch around the border of the top & she leaves the sides (the rind is perfectly edible & very good especially warm, removing it while baking in this method can cause it to leak out & make a mess) the way she cuts it leaves a little dip in the top of the brie then she pours some salted caramel sauce in that divot. This is the part that takes a little patience but worth it. Unroll your Filo dough, if you need to step away be sure to cover with that damp towel, brush the top sheet with butter then pick it up & drape it over your brie, use the butter brush to smooth it down, if there's folds or even small tears it's perfectly fine just keep going. You continue basting each sheet with butter & alternate wrapping around the sides & over the top until you've got an evenly wrapped wheel of brie & all the Filo is used then baste the entire thing one more time with butter (yes it's very buttery which just makes it even more delicious & why it's a treat). Pop that in the 350°F oven & bake for usually 30 min depending on your oven, check it periodically to make sure the Filo isn't getting too toasty. Once you remove it from the oven let it cool for about 5-10 minutes then drizzle more of that salted caramel syrup all over the top & let it drip down the sides, if you enjoy almonds adding some thinly sliced toasted almonds to the top is very good. We scoop this with a knife onto buttery crackers but you can have it with graham crackers, fruit, on its own or my favorite with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Think of it like that warm slice of pie you'd have with a scoop of ice cream. I hope you give it a try & enjoy it as much as we have.
When you reference Beausejour, it makes me feel like I might actually see you out and about Manitoba someday. Not from Beausejour myself, but I've been there a couple times already this summer.
Rach, I'm from Kingston, lived in Toronto for years, now in Vancouver....and "eh" is definitely something many people say across the country, myself included. 😄
For the ninja creami. I would try to blend the smoothie in blenda first into a less thick consistency then freeze it and blend it with the creami. Then you would get the chunks out
Ooo ooo ooo... Make the roasted rice Krispies treats with s'mores cereal!!! And make sure you save some whole mini marshmallows to mix in at the end also! Oooooo num num num!!!
Same rice krispie recipe, but drizzle the chocolate on top and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the chocolate while it’s warm so it sticks. Bet that would be delicious!
Hi 👋 Soooo for the smoothie you need to put the liquid first ALWAYS (so Blenda can spin^^) then add the powder and frozen fruits at the end by parts. Not all at once. For the marshmallow you can use cocoa rice kryspies or and some cinnamon, bitter almmond extract, fruit exctract (lemon, orange etc) and why not tonka bean 🤤🤤🤤 Why not tho some favorite cereals turned into powder and added to the marshmallow fluff part and the rice... Just my imagination^^ Have a great time all in the chalet
If you wanna make the Rice Krispie treats GF for your family use Rice Chex. Voila “Marshmallow Squares”. Because Rice Krispies have a barley coating that gets put on them
You definitely have to use golden graham cereal in place of the rice krispy cereal. Also throw in a handful of chocolate chips whenever you add the whole marshmallows so not much melting occurs. Voila! The perfect Smores bar!
I make my own version of the 1st recipe & created it first by chance. I cook a pack of ramen & drain them to almost dry & add them into prepared rice like the Uncle Bens broccoli & cheddar. I didn't have enough rice for a leftover side dish once so i added the noodles in a pinch to make more volume. I actually love it & make it on purpose now!
You can buy whipped Brie. I get it at my local grocery store with the specialty cheeses. It comes in a container similar to spreadable cream cheese. I love it.
Don't know if you have them in Canada, but here in the UK we have a biscuit called chocolate hobnobs, that I use to make smores. I'm going to toast some rice crispy squares and then slap it between 2 of those biscuits 😋😋😋 it's gonna be amazing!!!
That sounds amazing! And I've been eyeing up some dark choc Hobnobs at work... And I have drumstick mallows sitting in a drawer... This might be messy, but I will find any excuse to buy Hobnobs!
Glad I'm not alone with adding processed cheese to my Ramen my husband looks at me like I'm crazy when I do it lmao. But you gotta add garlic fresh is better but garlic powder works as well then you add a slice of "plastic" sandwich cheese to it. Chefs kiss so good. I've also tried it with a mozzarella blend just to experiment and I can tell it it's not good nor the same.
I’m so jealous that you guys get Mac & Cheese powder. The US got it for maybe a couple years around 2020/21, and it’s no longer available. I never even discovered it was a thing until after it was already discontinued…
I have yet to meet anyone, other than my family that eats cottage cheese with Maple Syrup. My Mom always gave it to us as kids and to this day I enjoy eating the concoction. 😋

If you crush up some of the graham cracker Cinnamon Toast Crunch I think you could get the perfect s’mores flavour. And maybe mini chocolate chips in the rice Krispy mixture! So many different variations 😍😍
I do the coconut milk trick after the first use of coconut milk so I don’t have the can sitting in the fridge going bad if we don’t have enough smoothies that week, I also keep frozen pucks of soaked steal cut oats to add to smoothies for my nanny kids for extra protein, cottage cheese also can go in as a yogurt substitute and is easily masked by the fruit.
Use Cocoa Krispies for the toasted Krispie treat thing! Then you don't have to worry about a chocolate drizzle...
Was thinking the same thing!!!
Super great idea!!!!!!!!!!
For the Rice Krispie treats you can stir in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers with the Rice Krispies! Then when you toast it the chocolate chips will get melty too!

That’s the cereal I came to suggest too
This is what I ran here to say😂😂
And you could mix in a cup of chocolate chips. Yum!
Same! Definitely with some chocolate chips.
Always here for Christopher’s Manitoba references! 😂
RICE KRISPIES SMORES WHAT - I'm dying to try this!~
I feel like we need to run all our recipes past Christopher for final touches
Speaking of Rice Krispies-add one container of marshmallow fluff to your regular recipe. Not too sticky, but FREAKING delish!
Oooooooooooo…. That sounds amazing. I LOVE Rice Krispie treats (Fruity Pebbles treats are also fun)
Question: Do you add the fluff while melting the marshmallows or stir it in when adding the Rice Krispies?
I’d also like to know when to add the fluff! It sounds so yummy!
@@mirandacoulter888 just after you make the marshmallow mixture. Mix it in as the last addition before mixing in the Rice Krispies
Add butterscotch chips into the butter and marshmallows when ur melting it b4 u add the cereal, they are so good
marshmallow fluff is INSANELY sticky
Try the Rice Krispy treat with using golden graham cereal instead of Rice Krispy. 1 step closer to the s'mores idea.
Love your videos!
Its always so endearing when Christopher thanks Rachael for what she offered him

I wanted her to dump the ninja jar into blenda for a whirl, and then freeze it again for the ninja.
apparently it says in the instructions to pre-blend stuff like that and warns "it is not a blender" 🤷🏼♀️

IT ME! I’m the one person in the comments who’s losing their mind! I was JUST in Beausejour, Manitoba for a family reunion! 😂😂😂
I live in beausejour Manitoba, so nope it’s me 😅
I shape the krispie treats, using buttered hands, into tubular marshmallow shapes. It will give you a more even toasting with less “burny” bits
Wow! I always felt rice crispy squares tasted... raw? So this speaks to me big time! Yes to choc chips, yes to nice choc drizzle, yes yes, yes!
I know EXACTLY what you’re talking about!!! OMG I’ve never thought about it until right now but raw is a perfect description. I don’t think they all have that raw taste but I’ve definitely had my fair share lol. Def trying this toasted marshmallow asap!

Golden Grahams cereal and dark chocolate bits in your treats - YUM!
I LOVED the cottage cheese cookie dough the next day!! With almond flour. So good!!
Hahah! Ioved I Manitoba for years…not far from beausajour in Winnipeg and this speaks to me 😂 I’m totally toasting my rice crispy squares from now on!
I can definitely see myself toasting rice krispie treats on my gas stove. And, the whipped Brie looks like something I would adore. Thanks, Rachel ❤
i havent tried the cottage cheese cookie dough, but we LOVE making the cottage cheesecake or keylime recipes we found. so yummy and filling.

Ever since I was a kid I ate Velveeta cups with doritos crushed in it. Yum
Try replacing the rice krispies with fruity pebbles. There's a place in town that does that and I always grab some and it's AMAZING.
Golden graham cereal with chocolate chips mixed with melted marshmallow then over the open flame
I feel like lucky charms toasted marshmallow bar would be the superior choice!
Cinnamon Toast Crunch would be an amazing replacement to Rice Krispies!!

Golden Grahams! Curious if mini chocolate chips in it would work well

Take a strawberry and dip it in marshmallow fluff and roast it. It’s delicious too🤤
You should try the rice krispie treats with choco pops or whatever they are called! Then it could kinda bring the chocolate part of smores🙈✨
