I think Marlena should speak to an intellectual property attorney to see if she has a potential claim against Jaclyn Hill. If Jaclyn registered that trademark but Marlena was the first to use the trademark, there might be some grounds for her to collect damages. Especially if Marlena can show that Jaclyn Hill had constructive knowledge of her use and registered anyways. Just my opinion and I hope Marlena continues to speak out against Jaclyn because people need to know that she is NOT someone you should be doing business with. I remember commenting how much in poor taste this was and many other comments did too but she never apologized, just said she was entitled to spend her money on what she wants. Which is true but I think people with lots of influence and money have the ability and responsibility to find faux items and not to promote the killing of animals just for human extravagance. I unfollowed her after that, when she failed to apologize nor acknowledge the situation and I haven't missed her. She did nothing illegal and didn't screw over any people as far as I know but I feel like her choice here was very unethical and I don't want to support anyone who thinks killing an animal for a purse is ok.

Seriously the best review of a birthday party ever😂 Syd, I totally felt your pain! Back when I was in my mid 20s I was dating this guy in his 30s and he planned a weekend trip to Cabo San Lucas. We went to "Happy hour" the night before our flight and my friends got us (mostly me) fffffff'd up. 😂I threw up in the parking garage at the airport. I was nervous about getting sick on the plane but I didn't, whew. Then we check into the resort, I took a shower and got ready, and the partaaay continued 😂He was shocked I was able to drink more LMAO It was an awesome trip😁😂❤ Happy birthdays!!! ❤🎉
