Celine is honestly a good child. She never complained about eating with her hands.
celine is just so adorable. she didn't complain at all about using her hands or about the food. she was honestly just happy to be there. I was born and raised in new jersey, and I always ate food that isn't soup or cake with my hands. I never questioned why I didn't use utensils for most of the food I ate because I probably thought that my parents knew what they were doing. my parents are from the dominican republic so idk if they just ate food with there hands in santo domingo or they just dont want more dishes. its kinda hard using utensils at restaurants for me. I don't want people to watch my eat with my hands. seeing celine eat food with her hands with no complaints makes me feel better

Well, i grew up sleeping on bed lined with strawmat, eating on the ground ( culture thing), eating bugs because we didn’t get meat that often. And my generation was consider the lucky one because we got much more than previous ones. These foods look just fine for me, good variety.

i'm actually kinda surprised of the childrens reactions. back when i was a child we used to eat a lot of things (fries, sausages and other stuff) with hands. I mean sure we were told using utensils when we got older but still there was never that kinda "no go" to use hands as well.
On the other side we were always told to wash our hands and come to the table with clean hands. So this kinda makes more sense to me.
I somehow enjoy seeing asian culture where even curry and rice dishes are eaten with hands. It's not that i don't wanna use a spoon or fork. I just think it's way more relaxed if society wouldn't care so much about HOW you eat but care more about being together and enjoying the actual food. :)

Jun Posadas dude, I went to a Filipino baby shower and it was so lit! The amount of food was absurd, all the food was amazing, and multiple women kept bringing me more food and trying to get me to eat as much as possible! They taught me how to eat with my hands too. It was awesome!
