Here she was absolutely normal. Still we have to intubate them ?? We can keep them on cardiac respiratory monitor and ABG !
She had carbaneous sputum, upper airway burns and we cant wait for an airway compromise, early Intubation should be done in case of Inhalational injury
In case we don't have intubation facility in our primary care center other than nrbm mask is there anything else we can do. Is MPS or dexamethasone safe to give as a prophylaxis or management for laryngeal edema?
