Haan Maine bhi dusre vloggers se suna hai leki main Jahan Gaya udhar factories nahi this. Factories Taloja MIDC mein hai aur wo 2.5 kms door hai

Bhai woh shelter riverside nahi, gutterside hai.
Kabhi evening mai waha baith k dekhna, khoon chusne wale macchar utha le jaayenge.
Upar se us side chemical ki smell bhi aati hai kuch specific time pe.

It's basically a creek and all creeks have a peculiar smell especially during the hot season.

Did not observe that in the area that I visited. Nor I could see factories around. Those are little further , whenever I visit there at night I will check the ground reality

Comparatively it's better than Panvel Karanjade Ulwe in terms of Public transport but nothing compared to Mumbai so at all these places you need atleast a scooty or two wheeler.

Home buyer keep on think in your mind, always rent first in that locality before you buy home, within one year you will get to know every thing about the locality, becouse brokers and builders never tells you real truth 😂

Absolutely right, in fact that's what I tell people whenever they call me. Brokers and developers are here to make money but if the buyer doesn't do the due diligence before buying something for 50+ lakhs or any amount then it's not a wise decision. Thanks for your comment

Well it actually depends from customer to customer. If someone doesn't have budget then he still needs a home. People adjust when it comes to money.
