I absolutely love watching you two! You two are so down to earth with no airs and graces. I feel happy watching you and can’t wait till the end of the day to put on UA-cam with a cup of tea and watch your adventures. My favourite part is watching Shawn enjoy his food especially the cakes bless him. I think that is why you have come such a long way over the years because you make people at home feel comfortable watching you as if we are your friends. Also both of you are very funny 😂❤❤
Thank you so much!
OGs would remember the crappy day that he had 4 years ago.
Now that was a bad day!
Sheesh that was a bad day 😂💀
Yeah they were so tired as well. Glad he spread the trip out more though
Gosh yeah I remember that 😂😂😂
I know!
Hi shawn and Charlotte another great vlog really enjoying the trip. Thankyou for sharing with us. Love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
I am absolutely loving watching your vlogs! After I finish watching these new ones, I plan to start with your very first ever vlog and rewatch everything you've ever done. Thanks for the informative entertainment!
Thank you!
Amazing vlogs, your enthusiasm is so addictive and loving the road trips ❤
Thank you, we’re having a great time!
That Six Flags for you. LOL 😂
Had such a blast watching this series in the US- hopefully you’ll be planning another USA road-trip soon, maybe a southwest adventure ? There is a tilt-coaster coming to Texas ;)
Thank you! Many more vlogs on the way!
Six Flags is a fun amusement park! It's playtime!
I grew up in Cali. I loved roller coasters. I was obsessed with parks. Even though I didn’t travel, I learned about parks, in different parts of the world. My obsession ended, by the mid to late, 2000’s.
Seeing this vlog, reminded me of something. Six Flags hasn’t changed a bit! 😂 I’m talking in terms of operations! 😂
Absolutely loving this series ❤
Thank you so much
Another great park. Super variety, looked great, you didn't say much badness about the R'Coasters. A few niggles. Yes, I'm not a great fan of R'Coasters you lay down for, only been on 2.i.e Manta and Air/Galactica.....but if in right mood I would still have a go. Stand ups I find are ok and yes looking forward to Pipeline. Looked a great indoor attraction, do love them sort of attractions / rides. I'm all for mixing it up a bit. Nice park.
Every time I watch your videos they put a huge smile on my face
Thank you. That’s great to hear!
Goliath was my fav when I was there 16 years ago!!! I miss that park so much. It's changed a lot and obviously new stuff since then. Can't believe my uncle has moved to Oklahoma from Georgia, how dare he! 😂 Xxx
Goliath is such a great ride!
You both seem so happy. Even when things arent 100% it looks like you are both still enjoying having fun with each other! X
Thank you. We like to make the most of things and appreciate the fact we’re able to visit this many parks!
Even tho some of the ride operations haven’t been great. Shawn and Charlotte always are able to have a great time! 🎉❤
Theyre pretty bad at this park. Operations wise. Always run into at least 1 grumpy employee too
@@jonny-b4954Yeh some of the other
Parks Shawn Charlotte and even me have gone to the operations where terrible 😢
Operations were poor however we made the most of it!
Really loving the vlogs thanks. You 2 make a smashing couple.
I’m going there in a week and a half, and I am DYING. Thanks for explaining what the rides are kinda like!
Hehehe I remember all these parks as you are going madness xxx
Looks fab !! Dark ride looks good fun
It’s such a fantastic ride
Absolutely love this series thank you
Thank you for joining us!
Great running into you two at Six Flags Great Adventure at the end of your trip!
Great to see you!
I love how despite operations not being the best you guys still remain really positive and happy! Love watching you both x
Thank you. We’re having a brilliant trip!
Love that park might have to add this one to the list it seems you guys had a great day. Drive safe thanks for a great vlog ❤Lisa
Thank you!
I loved this video, keep up the amazing work
Thank you!
I like how you don't let the little things ruin your day. It can be frustrating when you put forth a lot of effort and money to go somewhere and rides aren't open or something else goes wrong. I just experienced this myself on a road trip through Pennsylvania and New Jersey. At Dorney Park, there were storms and most rides had been down for 2 hours (understandable) but then just as it looked like there was going to be a several hour break in the storms they decided to close the park at 4pm. This meant that I missed out on Demon Drop, Talon, Wild Mouse and Hydra but at least I got to ride Steel Force and Possessed and still had fun. Then the next day at Six Flags Great Adventure Kingda Ka wasn't open but I knew about that one ahead of time. They also had to close down rides due to weather but everything was walk on all day long so we had already done all of the big rides and spent the last 2 hours when the big rides were closed doing smaller stuff and had a great time. Next up was Hersheypark where Wildcat's Revenge was closed both days we were there, the place was packed and their ride operations were terrible with long slow moving lines on all of the best rides. We still had a great time though. At Kennywood Steel Curtain and Black Widow were not open at all, but we had a great time riding everything else. Knoebels and Lakemont Park were the first 2 places we went and they both went smoothly.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Nice and interesting vlog, really enjoyed, would of loved it better if had POV's, shame, but still a good vlog. Yeah about running of rides, think could of done with more trains running on some, shame train wasn't running as would of loved to have watched steam train journey through park, showing beautiful areas of the park. But I suppose its what it is at the end of the day, would also loved to have seen family coaster Joker coaster running, but maybe if visit again, might see it in operation? But overall, nice vlog, enjoyed and look forward to next. 😀👍
The reason there are no POVs is because they were not allowed to film onride POVs and because there were no official POVs online. Otherwise they would've been included into the vlog 😊
I just went here for my first time a few days ago. I was so impressed with Monster Mansion. Best dark ride I've ever been on.
My home park. Mindbender is such a classic! I've ridden that my whole life and I'm 46. All hand drawn design... back in the 70s. Brilliant.
GreatAmSM used to break your back on those final bunny hops. I haven't ridden since they retracked.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
😆 thanks for making reference to the hats are actually squid! I think you found out from my comment on earlier video. 😆
Love this series, missing the POVs but still amazing videos
Thank you. They didn’t have any official POV’s to share unfortunately
@@ThemeParkWorldwide that's a shame. It's one part of the vlogs I really enjoy
Mindbender was one of my first ever coasters years ago, lol! Sure hope your Carowinds visit will be as good or better than your last visit!!
Carowinds coming up!
Brilliant vlog
Ah, yes, Six Flags Over Georgia. The park we all know and... tolerate. 🤣
ok i cuss people out everytime i come to this park. The park operations is always trash!
….I’d SKIP this park!!
@@eddieg6436but i love it cuz of the funnel cake and dippin dots
@@HeisDJDMONEYY I've never been there. Is it the operations that make it bad? Cuz the ride lineup looks solid.
@@metallicnole4514 yes operations 💯
Amazing to see you both enjoying your trip. Cool to see people so into amusement parks :)
Thank you!
Awesome Video Guys
Thanks!
The drop tower at SFOG (Arachnaphobia) scares me because it tilts you towards the ground when you get to the top! I love Goliath, I wish they'd clone at at Six Flags Great Adventure (my home park). SFOG really does have a solid lineup. I also love how there is so much greenery at that park. I am not
Was hoping to experience it!
If you're ever on the West coast, you should visit Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, they have 3 dark rides, it's a fairly small park but well worth a visit.
I’d love to in the future!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide Awesome, hope you get to go soon. As I said, it's small but great. It was featured in several movies, has a historic coaster and carousel and It was voted the World’s Best Seaside Park. There's also California's Great America in Santa Clara County a bit north of Santa Cruz. And also you'd have to visit the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium
Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Beautiful, clean, tons of fun!!!
Looks like fun!
Looks like fun 💜💜
love Goliath lol I greyed out on it and first time I ever did on one
31:57 love Manta at SeaWorld Orlando.
Great Vlog as always Shawn and Charlotte
Thanks!

I was a ride op at SFOG in 2019 and was so sad you were there on my day off! And that you had such a bad time… glad it was at least a little better this time
It was definitely better than my 2019 visit
If y’all can, get down and do a night ride on boardwalk Bullet at Kemah, Tx. Houston area! Awesome night ride!
Congratulations, u finally found the lable for the squid hats (not an octopus) 🤣
Interesting that you didn't find GASM to be very rough, they must have done some track work since last season because that thing was a jackhammering monster. The bottom of every hill jackhammered your spine.
It was pretty good!
19th. So far it’s been epic loving every video. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😆😁😁😄😃😄😁
Thank you!
I remember waiting in that Batman extended queue around 2002 for well over 90 minutes. I wouldn't do it now, though.
What I love most about these videos is learning which parks to SKIP!!! ……this one is DEFINITELY one to skip!!
Why would you skip this park??
squids have a tubular body plan. octopus tend to be flat and crawl around. cuttlefish are somewhere in between as they are flat but have a tube design. also the arm/ tentacle count is different.
We love how we keep seeing them 🤣
Love all your videos❤❤❤❤
Thanks!
I am going to feel a bit flat after this series finishes. I feel like I'm there with you both and after any good holiday I always feel flat afterwards lol.
However there is going to be many more interesting and exciting videos coming my way. You guys are the real deal. No offense Charlotte lol
Thank you! We’ve got much more on the way throughout the next week from our trip!
I visited Six Flags Over Georgia back in April, and it’s a solid park. Every coaster there met, or even exceeded my expectations.
There’s some great coasters here!
I always do that with SF parks. For some reason I forget how many coasters some of these parks have. Six Flags Great America was probably my biggest surprise.
Did you ride Scream Machine?
@@stephenrowan8128 Yes, and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
Shout to Charlotte keeping up with all these parks and travel. My girlfriend would want a spa day in between everyone if I convinced her to do this 😂
You’re a lucky man Shawn!
Thank you! Charlotte is doing great!
Loved it when u put atleast some park povs
They didn’t have any official POV’s to share unfortunately
Well hopefully the next park will ? Since u fimed it allready
Also thanks for the reply I’m guessing it’s Charlotte doing the responses while I have u I do agree with something u had said in previous vlog about the on ride filming if u have a chest mount I don’t see why u can’t do it and also it’s more publicity for the parks cuzz people see on ride and think man that looks pretty fun maybe we can take a trip there and based on all your viewers I wouldn’t doubt that happens often just some food for thought 💭
I can’t get over all of the closed rides, shops and eateries I saw in this video due to lack of staffing. Summer is peak season but Six Flags feels the need to live up to their low reputation I guess.
Did you also notice we're in Summer and many of the parks they're visiting are empty? It's a bit of a scary thought.
Dude it was the same in busch gardens last year. all the small food locations closed. Rides closed or down
A lot of these parks they visited on a weekday. Six Flags parks have always been like that during the summer. I know with the Atlanta park most everything is usually open on Friday and Saturday but the middle of the week is hit or miss aside from the major coasters.
We’ve had some very quiet park visits this trip!
@@theweakestlink2278 Oh okay, west coast parks aren't usually that empty even during the week.
35:51 easily B&M's 2nd best wave turn 😈
Brilliant
I grew up going to this park as a kid many years ago. When I first started going around 10 years old, it was a great park. Sadly over the many years the quality of the park has greatly declined, and the employees are not so friendly all the time. It's also in a... "not so great" part of town, to put it lightly. But great video, it was nice to the see the park again, I haven't been in over 15 years myself.
45:54 this shot of Goliath's helix looks sped up! Must be a great ride
It’s fantastic!
I remember when you went to this park in 2019
Now that was a poor visit!
This series should be on tv lol is great 👍
Thank you!
I had season passes to this location 2002-2014 and back again this year now that my kids are big enough to ride most of the rides. Your perspectives are interesting. I love this place. 😂but maybe that's nostalgia and not a true review. I think things being down isn't as much of a big deal when you go several times a week. Their app is always updated with the ride options. No kid flash still isn't built. It's all there. But it's a giant puzzle still. 😂summer 2023 is well over and it's not done.
I suspect something is on back order for it. There's no cars just the tracks. So maybe the carts are just not there yet. But I've never gone just once so the closures don't matter much.
We're going this weekend and plans to go at least 8 more times this year.
Monster mansion/ monster plantation is ducking terrifying. Not creepy, just a complete wtf even is this.
It hasn't changed much since 1991, the first time I rode it. But it was weird af then and it's weird af now. 😂 it makes me think of the dark forest in Little Nemo, no not the fish movie the pajamajamajama one. But it's not branded as anything specific. Just removed the racism over the years. It's a small world is worse. But the only point to ride it is to cool down lol
First! Great video Sean! Big fan of this channel 😁
Thank you!
You’re an awesome 😎 UA-cam channel.
Cute ☺ 🥰 claw clip Charlotte as shown on 7:10-7:11.
all the breakdowns remind me of alton towers :D
They used to occasionally turn the scream machine trains backwards. Don’t know if they still do it.
top vlog again 😃😃😃
Thanks!
SFOG is really not a bad park. They have a pretty solid coaster line up for a SF park. Operations arent great at times but if you go on a weekday the crowds and wait times are very manageable. Went to this park every summer when i was a kid and always had a good time. Just avoid going on a Saturday in the summer. The cowds combined with the heat/humidity make for a miserable day
They have some great rides and a fantastic coaster lineup!
@@TD75true, it was a lot better in the 90s and 2000s.
This park used to be beautiful. The rides would dip into and pop above the tree line, wind through the forested areas, now all of that is gone and everything is just freestanding plain coasters in a field. The downgrade is wild.
@@darkridearts definitely! I used to think it was the coolest thing when I was a kid to be walking along and all the sudden see the looping star ship ride pop up above the trees. Also the area around Mindbender and Batman was full of trees and shade. Mindbender queue line almost felt like it was in the middle of a forest. It really was a different place back then.
My name is Craig Dennis i watch your both new videos all the time i in joy all of your both new videos all the time are you both haveing on your trip👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you for watching!

I cant write to see the next video on the channel.😀👍👍
we just went there last week on monday
Can you believe the park still markets Mindbender as a 3 inversion coaster? Haha. Like, come on now. That's pushin it. It opened with that as it's marketing too. I've actually "derailed" a boat on Monster Mansion once. My parents in back on the left side and I was lounging in the front leaning to the left too, and in a right ward turn, the front right wheel rode up the side stop. I was able to push it back into the water though with just a nudge. hah So don't lean! Very unstable boats. 20:32 Right there is where it happened. This park has a fantastic classic carousel too. I like the classic cars too on the hill. They got rid of their chairlift though =(
Love the classic rides on the hillside!
I thought it was three “loops.”
@@Mythyval Nope. Two loops and a dive to the ground and back up. Somehow they classify it as a loop haha Only actually has 2 vertical loops.
Yay to becoming an American. We’ll gladly take y’all. 😍
Boo to the no soaking Charlotte. Lol
Thank you!
You should have done the rapids lol & dried off on way home to hotel
Remember the last time when they said they would never return to this park. That certainly aged well didn’t it? Haha!
I wanted to give it another chance 4 years on!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide…..Hopefully you won’t waste your time there again!!
There probably going to make a impulse coaster where splash waterfalls used to be
Crystal Pistol is a replica of the Atheneum Theatre that opened in 1855 at the old railroad square in Atlanta, Georgia.
Thanks for sharing!
@@ThemeParkWorldwideP.S. suggested to the GM of Meir Park Tesco they go down the Jungle Jim route, imagine hahaha
question, WOuld you prefer a b and m hyper or a coaster like hyperion?
Definitely prefer B&M
❤
Did you see the video of the broken support on Fury 325? It looks really absurd, I'm not sure you'll be able to ride it this trip 😢
Sadly so however we visited before it closed
Riddler Mindbender is My Favorite
I feel so sorry for you two because kingda ka is back open just a couple of days after you guys visited 😢😢
It’s such a shame, however we’ll be back in the future!
Im from cardiff uk my sister lives in Alanta Ga so ill be going America 18th December my sister got us all tickets for this six flags.
I love when you come to my home park it's six flags but it's one of the best six flags. I just feel like people give six flags way to much hate cause if we had no six flags we would really have many iconic coasters I love six flags for what it is a affordable park to enjoy rides.
We’ve had some great Six Flags visit this trip! Operations definitely need work here though!
Octopuses have round bodies and eight sucker-covered limbs. Squids have a more triangular shape and 10 limbs-eight arms and two tentacles
Both range in size, but the largest squids (around 60 feet) are far larger than the biggest octopuses (around 16 feet).
If you google Octopus Vs Squid in Google images you can see the difference
there's 4 new rides open in toverland 😊 are you gonna check it out this summer?
They look great!
Loving this series. Any news on the London Resort???
Unfortunately it’s not looking good
Thank you. Nothing more at the moment!
It was canceled in march
Perhaps there is the wrong type of leaves/snow etc on the track 33:20
Looks like a white water rafting ride 45:13
In general, the rides are set up for great throughput but they just don't have the staff to take advantage of it .... its a shame, great VLOG though!!!
Thanks for watching!
A benefit of building the prototype is scale doesn’t matter. Height limit? No problem
A lot of rides changed colors and design. Cyclone was wood. Now metal.
You two ride a whole lot of coasters in a short time. You must be in real good physical shape to take all that.
We love it!
Get on the rapids Shaun !!
It looked like a soaker and we had the drive shortly after!

I just missed you guys at Dollywood! Are you doing SF Over Texas this trip??
We’re not heading to Texas this trip
@@ThemeParkWorldwide fun to watch your vacay!! Great job
The main way to tell the difference between octopuses and squids is that octopuses have round heads while squids have pointy heads
Please make your way up to Carowinds! Fury 325!!!
Vlog on the way!
To me - the six flags parks are theme parks because their theme is superheroes/comic book characters.
