Great video, my exact same Wiper Motor as on my 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood (mine is on the passenger side). 2 things I would liked to have seen done was replacing the Wiper Motor Pulse board which has a black piece that pivots around in it's position according to the signal given by the wiper switch. Secondly, the ball and socket pieces came apart when I took the motor off and now I am having a tough time connecting them back on.

i would just go for it on a Saturday afternoon. go as far as you can. its really not that complicated.
