Am fortunate to count Mitch as a friend - I have been impressed with his ability as a coach and instructor by the skill with which he can articulate his points, his use of training cues and his understanding of human movement and emotion. Obviously, being local to him I am more familiar with the local dialect than maybe some others might be. No subtitles needed for me :D .
