My favourite hotel in Benidorm, stayed there 3/4 times and hope to get back again within the next Month. My usual room is on floor 17, just below this terrace.

fab place to go :) i hope to visit during my stay in benidorm from 27th April :) if your not staying at Port Benidorm, can you just walk in to the hotel and go in the lift to the terrace??
Yes, you can just walk to the lift and that's it, that's what we did 😊

No you can't the lift is room card operated
If the elevator only goes to the 18th floor and then there are stairs, how do we go there if we have mobility problems?
I've thought about it too, there's a lift for staff that can be used i think, however its not the same..
How do people get there as the lifts are room card operated so must only be for guests of the hotel
British tourist falls from sixth-floor hotel room at the Hotel Rio Park. A spokesman for Spain’s National Police confirmed: “Officers have arrested a British man on suspicion of attempted homicide after his wife who is also British plunged from the sixth-floor balcony of their hotel in Benidorm.
Omg that's awful! Sounds similar to the recent case in Scotland where the husband pushed his pregnant wife off Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh killing her & her unborn child. Too many toxic men out there!
Sadly there's more cases like this, not only tourists, but nationals too... very sad

No, there is no ticket, you can freely enter here from the street, don't even need to be staying at the hotel 😊
I've always found this elevator system takes ages, same in the presidente. Did you wait long?
Nope, I think it was literally 1minute 🤔
