I'm no kiwi but being in America, we throw discus in highschool as tests and stuff sometimes and I can really relate to the whole "oh it's not overhand?" Because let me tell you, I failed and it was hard. I also wouldve hit someone in the shin with it if there weren't a fence in the way.
