The fuses are there for a reason. Just swapping a 5A fuse with a 30A fuse may turn everything on, but has a hazardous side as well. Fuse are there to protect the connected circuit, i.e., Ignition, Battery charging, light e.t.c, from Over Current or Short Circuit condition. The circuit had a 5A fuse to begin with, meaning the Max short circuit current was 4.8~5.2A and if it were to happen, the fuse will blow and save the circuit from permanent damage or even catching fire. But since you swapped it with 30A fuse. Now the fuse will break the circuit at or above 30A of current. The company says above 5A is dangerous for Ignition circuit, Now the fuse will not break the circuit at or above 5A. Hence, consecutively, It will damage the circuit if any short happens. My suggestion is to roughly calculate the extra load that is on ignition due to the external accessories, and put an appropriate fuse. Like 8A would be enough.

I saw your video lately, I guess. I have a Jawa Perak with a completion of 3700km. It got dead in the middle of the driving. It didn't start later for waiting for hours. I gave it to the service centre and no problem was identified by them. They informed me about the low voltage received at the end of the battery supply i.e., the armature coil might be malfunctioning. I also checked the fuse but all are found to be okay. P.S. No accessories or modifications in the bike.

All the accessories you have installed in your bike get them rewired using a relay(horn relay) 70-150₹ k bich me aega usse zada nhi The way you installed accessories is dangerous for wiring.

Rusting is not an issue, heating is an issue and gear shift is hard

This is a common issue in the jawa bike... One of the reason of changing it
