love seeing the smaller guys racing and going out to this big event racing with the best and having fun, all the smaller guys are amazing and that's what i love about being a small support class when i race, we are a family and we all will make sure each car in a group makes the track.
Fantastic video. It really hit home when young Frye said "We do it for each other." That embodies what the relationship between my dad, myself, and my son do with motorsports ❤
I totally get this. I have been involved with racing cars all my life. My dream was to drive. I was on race teams stating as far back as early 60s. I have been a fan since the mid 50s. My first memory's are of a hard top that was on the street we lived on in 1953. I have been involved in road racing since 1963. Became a crew member then crew chief. In 1973 I got into dirt cars on a friends car. By 1970s was on a supermodified team and later became their crew chief and built cars for them. We raced San Jose speedway in California and was one of the top three teams. In 2010 I got my first car a RX 7 road course car. It was pretty well used up and I never had the funds to run the car. I would duct tap it together and run it till something would break. Could only race once a year and after trying to get to race I had to sell the car and say good by to my dream. So never being able to really get the car to were it could have a chance to be competitive and at 74 I sold it. A sad day but I did what I could. I had to put my family first and the funds were never there to do both.
I always figured this was the case. Happy that you shared this Who cannot like the underdogs! I hope one or two of you rule up close or get a win, then enjoy a few beers!!!
Man I have become an Adler racing fan. My son and I love coming to the races. They are racing for the right reason. Not to just win but enjoy each other. Hats off to all of peasants row
This is so cool. Those guys are true racers. They should make t-shirts of Peasants Row. I'd buy one.
