Plenty of fan animations have covered it, so may be doable. Hard to determine from Vox Machina seeing as that was (as far as I know) the show condenses all the pre-stream parts of the campaign, so there's nothing to compare with in terms of how much of it is purely the in-character roleplay and how much is bits between players that got worked in. They did include the Door Problems (somewhat clumsily and very much fan-servicey at first) so there may be at least one example of Failsending where she rattles on, a party member asks "hey doesn't that spell only let you say a limited number of words?" and sudden realisation dawning on her face, then we cut to the recipient getting half a message in their head and being very confused. Then every time afterwards she counts on her fingers and always gets it wrong (whilst a random other party member follows along, counts correctly, and facefaults)...
