      Hello! You are welcome.
Here is a list of what you need to do for your car:
      1) you need to go to an auto parts store to buy 4 lug nuts or more. Just give them the name of your car and the year it was made.
      2) The stud that did not break, but refuses to accept a lug nut need to be cut off. You can use a
hacksaw with a new hacksaw blade to cut the stud. If you know someone who has a grinder, you can grind the head as we discussed. However, suring that conversation, you also mentioned that you think that the first thread in the stud was not letting the lug nut screw. Because of that, the best way to deal with the problem is to cut the stud in such a way that the cut removes the first thread as well. There will be enough threads left to tighten the lug nut.
Buy the lug nut and cut or grind the stud at the location of the first thread.
The lug nuts and the hacksaw blade should cost less than $20. This is small money as compared to what the mechanics will charge. After you cut that stud, you will still to use a file to make the tip of the stud "skinnier" (with a smaller diameter) than the thread diameter. That way, the lug nut will not be hard to start screwing. After you cut, do not start screwing until you make the end (the tip) of the stud smooth. keep filing all around the end of the stud until you can run your finger around the tip without the tip wanting to cut you. Do not touch the rest of the threads. Good luck man!
