Liturgy of the Hours is an ancient and baller form of prayer that is an extension of the Eucharistic Liturgy, aka, the Mass. It's a pretty big deal.
Most professed religious commit to praying these series of prayers daily, but the laity (married, singled people, etc) are encouraged to pray Lit too!
