Look at how Frank Zane transitions into his next pose with such elegance. Then afterwards look at how the guy right next to him transitions into the very same pose. Frank Zane truly had a presence and style to his posing routine that is extremely rare to find in bodybuilding.

I got 18” arms and under 30” waist and people go crazy for it. I think its the perfect look it’s taken me absolute years to get my arms that big as I have tiny bones. I only weigh 86-87kg and I’m 5-7” and people say I’m huge because I have a small frame. Health and longevity was then size and dead before 35 is the now that’s why BB is dead
Zane was a master of posing. Nowadays what you usually get are mass freaks with their stupid grins. Wipe that stupid grin off your face and pose like a true professional, keeping calm and composed, and become a statue, a work of art, not a damn gargoyle
In the summer I have 18” arms and under 30” waist because I have tiny bones and everyone goes mad for it! Frank zane made me realise that anything bigger than him or Arnold is to much! The golden era was about longevity and health that’s lost in the new 300lb dead by 35 new age BB is dead but I will try to look beautiful like frank!
its called the mass era because those modern bodybuilders are only training for mass and getting big, Zane got that toned muscle mass which isn't abnormal, his waist to shoulders ratio along with his seratus and other details are just like a marbre sculpture

@@gregbellisle9128 Paris is a taller, larger boned man with larger muscular structures. I saw Zane at his peak ( 1979) and Paris in 1981 a few years before his peak. Zane retired 1 year before Paris competed in the Olympia. I felt Zane developed his physique very close to his maximum potential. Paris may have retired prior to reaching his max potential.
@@odessafile75 Bob Paris larger more rounded muscles in my mind made him more aesthetic and symetrical. I was a fan of Frank Zane but i feel Bob took the classical physique to a who,e new level. I went to a Bob Paris seminar in around 86',87'. In person up close he was even better than photos and magazines showed him. I can't speak highly enough on how approachable and friendly he was.

Zane is not a pure ectomorph. He is an ecto/ meso combination with long limbs and thicker more compact torso.
