Let’s be real Dua Lipa does not colour her hair at home.
Also when Dua Lipa had the pink hair/brown hair split it was a bright deep pink.
Exactly. People never consider the fact that these celebrities have the bank balance to have it done well and keep it maintained.
And it wasn’t done over night in one session I guarantee it.
😂 Fact
She probably uses a wig if she’s smart.
As someone who has crazy fine hair and is always trying to grow it out naturally to get it healthy, it almost drives me mad to see someone with such gorgeous hair willingly ruin it 😂
Gemma Gemma
Agreed, every time I watch vids just before the destruction starts me "Nooo don't do it,"
Saaame
I think that unlike the pink, the rose gold part suits her really well. If the entire dyed part had had that colour, it would have been a complete success.
Agree! Love that color and it looks great on her!
Unfortunately everytime Buddha says "DONT do ....." they usually get right into doing the opposite 😂😂😂
'i'm being very gentle with it'
*Proceeds to yank hair out with comb*
Hair Budda, I dyed my daughters hair from a dyed copper color to medium blonde. It wasn't perfect, but it looks very good. I really appreciate all you do, because after watching you for years, I could do a decent job. Thank you so much!
I’m so happy
These people who wanna change their hair color every week need to buy some cheap wigs of every color and have fun (there r some great senthetic hair wigs that look good). Or just buy a natural wig and have fun with it; color it; bleach it; highlight it; burn it ; microwave it . JUST LET YOUR REAL HAIR BE.
I asked for magenta at a salon once, and it came out rose gold. I'm glad you did this video, because I finally understand why, what the hairdresser did wrong. She then refused to fix it, so I redyed it a dark pink myself and it came out much better.
My Monday dose of Seratonin has arrived. Thank you for the much-needed pick me up, Hair Buddha. Have a great day, everyone. 🌞❤️🌈
I am so thankful that I grew up too poor to buy all of those bleaches and hair colors. My hair is gray, but it is soft, silky, and healthy.
Ive just found your channel. Ive BINGE watched SO many already! i love the you say 'pink' 🤣. I wish you were my hairdresser. You're AWESOME 👌🤌
😂 me too. He seems like a great guy and he definitely knows what he’s talking about. I think I’d be comfortable having him do my hair😅 he is hilarious as well.
I luvv it when he says oh my god😂
I think she looks really pretty with that peachy rose gold color! It complements her skin tone. I think she has a few options to fix it. 1. Let it fade! Original Head & Shoulders shampoo fades direct deposit dyes pretty well and won't damage your hair. I've used the Bleach London color in the peachy rose gold, and it faded after a few washes. 2. Do a bleach wash/ bath with a lower volume developer. 3. Rebleach, carefully in sections and you may have to rinse out some sections first, like the lightest where it turned bright pink. 4. Get a light pink color & a peach color and re-dye on dry hair (makes the pigment stick more) to make it look like an intentional split dye. Do some deep conditioning masks & bond-building treatments like Olaplex to restrengthen your hair too. It's definitely salvageable!
Mistake 1 and the only mistake they all make on this channel is not going to a hairdresser 💇🏽♀️ but they do give me a laugh and anxiety 😂😂
I strongly support the hairdressing profession. She always makes my hair look amazing...it's not just hair
These videos are so extremely educational (and entertaining!). Honestly, I would never think to dye my hair with two different box dye colors. However, before your videos I would have just thought bleach is bleach is bleach. It wouldn’t have even crossed my mind not to mix and match bleach. It seems like every time I watch a new video, there are a few things you say that stick with me. Of course, I don’t think I would ever again endeavor to bleach my hair at home, but if I went insane and tried it again, I would have so much more knowledge. Thank you for continuing to educate and entertain us.
I love the way he says blond.
At about 2:30, with your lip blowing, your expression of exasperation just makes me laugh.
I thought the end result turned out cute, it was definitely better than others we’ve seen on here.
Train wreck waiting to happen.. 😅 I always get a kick out of the characters with the sophisticated accents and intellectual approaches who then METHODICALLY proceed to utterly destroy their hair... 😁... and Budda has me grinning.
Your videos are so educational. It's great how you explained the pigment inside the hair😊. Always learn something new with your videos.
It’s been a JOY watching you and your family/friends on vacation this week on Insta! Best to you and yours! 😁❤️
Every single video that you post I learn 1 very important lesson…. ALWAYS GO TO THE HAIRDRESSER NO MATTER THE COST!!!
Thank you for the lesson!🎉❤🎉
Peach and rose gold suit her skin tone better, in my opinion. She seems to have better sense than some of the others. She didn't mess with her hair while she was feeling bad, and she waited between bleaches.
I love the 3 skulls sitting next to the lamp. We can all appreciate what Buddha goes through to give us amazing content ☺🥰
Thank you Hair Budda it was entertaining as always. Your laugh just makes my day😂
I’ve learnt to love my natural colour ❤
What a horrible result and such a lovely reaction! 💗
I was a very dark brown almost black. I’m on my second session and it’s finally staring to become platinum. My stylist had me wait 8-9 weeks until I came back. It wait terrible waiting with brassy hair. But I’m glad I did and wasn’t impulsive so my hair stays healthy
Her hair actually looked really pretty in the end. I agree, it isn’t perfect, but I’ve seen much worse :)
Hi Hair Budda, as a former hairdresser my heart bleeds with you and laughs with you. I enjoy your stream very much. You are teaching an old dog as I am new tricks. My 80's style coloring knowledge is way out of date.
coloring hair is a reaaal mystery (how colors cancel each out) ^^ thank you so much for your explanations! I really enjoy watching your videos, you have a really calm style :)
en ook - een lekker dagje voor jou! 🌅
4:01 HB, your rage is palpable. 🤣
This is nuts. I am not ruining my hair to hopefully look like someone that clearly has a hairdresser to ensure her hair looks good. Plus I have a hairdresser so my hair looks good. Tell them pls Hair Buddha❤
❤ yeah tell them girl 😊
I love the eye roll 😂😂
A snippet from the part where you, hair buddha, discuss m-m-m-melting pigments would make a perfect short! 🥂
Love your Realness, Hair Buddha. Honest telling of the hot mess you are doing or going to do to your 💇 hair is informative 😮. I enjoy seeing Your reactions to what the results are, especially when you say it before hand. I also like watching your expressions when you are pleasantly surprised by the outcomes of some tutorials.
I'm so glad I have never dyed my hair and I'm 50 and not gray yet 😊
My mom stayed natural blond until she passed in her 80's. My sister and I were grey by 40 and my grandmother was fully white hair at 25 and my uncle was born with white hair. You are lucky to have no grey. I wish!
Just me having money pieces for months and didn’t bleach the regrowth for 2 months. The rest of my hair is my natural haircolour and I want my hair for the rest of my life like that 😂
I have virgin hair, but it breaks easily, i wouldn't bother with a blonde
My neighbors about to check on me... Every time she combs it I'm over here yelling, gently
Hi hair Buddha! Nice to see you again
When they think it's so easy to dye your hair. This is why I spent 3 years at College when I was younger, to learn hair and beauty. Even when I finished, I still had a lot to learn about colouring hair. We learnt to keep a record of what colour we used on a client, so when they returned and needed a touch up, we could easily get the right colour and mixture, or if they wanted a change we knew what was on their hair. But people think this is so easy, and anyone can do it. Nope, I couldn't cut hair, I was awful at it. I think you need a talent for it. I was good colouring though, which is why I focussed on becoming a colour technician instead.
Happy Eastern to you, and your family! 🐰💗
I wanted balayage done, with the ends being very blonde and the hairdresser said that it would take 4-5 goes to get it really blonde. I wouldn't have minded if my hair was dark brown but it was very light brown. 3 hrs and £180 later my hair looked exactly the same, it didn't look like anything had been done. As for going back 4-5 times, that didn't happen and certainly not for £180 each time!! 🙈🙈
Yeah that sounds like a scam. Do a color consultation with different salons to decide.
Just got out of a hair appointment too. I’m so upset. I had super bright highlights, and wanted it to all be toned to a caramel color. 3 hours later, with a super sore scalp, my hair is the exact same. Exactly the same. Bright blonde everywhere, which I didn’t want anymore. 150 dollars later, I’m crying right now and everyone keeps lying about how it looks darker. It doesn’t. Even when trimming my hair and touching up my side pieces, it looks exactly the same. I’ve never been so upset after a hair appointment before because I was so excited for a change.
Yeah I feel ya. It is true that *most* people can't go dark to light in one appointment. But there are plenty of hairdressers that don't do as much lightening as they could, only because they want to stretch it out into more sessions for more money. There's also clients that want to be all blonde and could get a full bleach to go blonde (hair light & healthy enough, like level 7 virgin hair), but stylists who insist on foils, often with lowlights, which is a much lengthier and pricier service.
@@goofygoober4531 it really annoys me when hairdressers don't listen. I hope you're ok though. Situations like this really put you off going to the hairdressers.
I'm naturally medium/dark blonde and I can't get platinum in one bleaching. These people with dark brown hair expecting that type of lift at home are out of their mind 😅
I'm so over the pinks and blues 😂😂😂
She mostly concentrated on the one side of her head....sooo definitely expected things to go wrong 😂
This girl is absolutely beautiful!!
HB has an excellent video to bleach your hair at home.
I have waist length dark brown (almost black) hair, and I have been purple for so many years, I have lost count. I have achieved it without damage because I am getting old. My "gray" hair grew in like white highlights. I loved the gray, but people would tell me to dye it because it made me look older. Then I had someone tell me that I would have to use purple shampoo or it will yellow. So, I threw them the middle finger and made my hair purple with 30 day dye and color depositing shampoo. (oh and because of the shampoo, I dye my hair about every 6 months.)
I’m actually loving the different tones and that it isn’t “perfect”..
I love to see what people think is being gentle with their hair. That was NOT gentle, she was so aggressive with her hair in a weak state(wet).
Hair Budha is so hilarious guys😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Love this guy
I am so happy, I never bleached my hair. All those fails made me cringe.
Even if I would try this, I would have informed me and try to get someone to help.
The only product I used was Henna. And now as I'm going Grey I let it grow out what could take some time with waistlong hair.
But remember, even if you got a hair fail, you are beautiful 🦋
2:08 That's something I didn't know. I thought bleach is bleach is bleach. Does this apply to the tubs of bleach powder also?
Would love to see some of your work,
Most artist use wigs and extensions
Absolutely!
Why not just get a wig
My thoughts exactly!💯🤔
Would be so much easier
🧐This is hair abuse! 😢Did she intentionally do all this just to press your buttons!?😒🤯Happy Monday HB!❤
This is why there are wigs and extensions in colours. Dont mess up your hair
As someone who needs 2.5 boxes of box dye to color her hair...it ends up cheaper to go to the salon, and the color lasts longer. A small amount of common sense also goes a long way.
I thought HB would be so happy when she said she had the red
Pixiecut time.
I love hair buddha
It’s the patchiness, all that trouble for patchiness
It looks like Neopolitan ice cream.
I actually thought the end result pink wasn't too bad, it as patchy but it looked pretty on her.
She’s so fine ❤
Why don't people research and watch these UA-cam videos before trying to bleach on their own? It baffles me how they think they're more experienced and knowledgeable than the hairdressers, who have studied hairdressing! Lunacy!! 😵💖
What cracks me up is that they say ‘I looked at some UA-cam videos’- who the hell are they watching? Not the right people, because if she watched Hair Buddha she wouldn’t have made those mistakes!
I've had pink pastel...it doesn't las... but i wanted it to be temporary, so it was a good thing ❤❤❤
People don’t research ANYTHING 😂
You want platinum/silver hair? Live...Age! ☺.
Yep that works.👍
Rose gold is pretty, but if it's all rose gold, not partial
The reason she can't get it right is because it's not easy! That's why there are schools that teach you how to do it!
I have naturally dark ash blonde hair and I also need two rounds of bleach to get my hair more than pale yellow
💜🥰🤩🤗
I really like rosegold and I want that but I am afraid it's gonna look like failed pink attempt.
Who is Doah Linka? Lol
Had a dream I had a girlfriend last night… waking up is the worst.
Serves her right for wanting to copy.
Lol
Box bleach cost more than just buying the bleach and developer. Plus you don't know the volume.
Hair Budda, whats the name of your salón? Ig of your salon pls?
It's not that bad seen worse 😊
Never heard of dua lipa or whatever her name is lol
Is it in fashion to purposely ruin the hair? And why does everyone always wants blond hair?
Jeremy Russell 20 vol is much better than london bleach and costs half the price..its the best uk seller and contains nice oil fr avacado , nit Plex products but they sell it separately about £10 ..its almost a professional not box dye Cheaper in boots usually as they have more special offers on it and regularly
Have you ever thought of going live and helping people dye their hair?
She had beautiful brunette hair. How sad.
I am so addicted to your videos! I am a boxed dye girl only because I haven’t liked any of the salon colors (and I’ve tried different stylists). My now long time stylist lets me bring my L’Oréal to the salon and she colors my hair. Even she thinks the color looks really natural and works well with my natural high and low lights. I have a ginger haired daughter with gorgeous copper red hair and thanks to you she no longer wants to dye it blue which makes me so happy!
All these videos are so funny!!!
Hello Hair Buddha. can you tell me what should i put on bleached hair to make it platinum? I had brown hair that I lightened 3 times in 2 weeks and it's still yellow...can I put on toner? will this help? how do i choose a toner? please reply. Greetings from Poland
Before you need to understand which tone of hair you achieved: 8, 9, or less. Than yes you can tone it with the correct one.
@@mat.9692 I would like a platinum color.. almost white
@@lilu27 if you want a platinum white you need to achieve minimum a 10/11 or level of bleach.. If you have fine hair please don't try at home.. I tried blonde once and I really ruined all of my hair. Go to a salon.. If you have already achived a level 9 or 10 you can tone it at home, but honestly you can have a good vanilla blonde but difficult to achive a platinum white.
@@mat.9692 I lightened my hair with a 9% bleach, then I applied a dye with a bleach, but nothing came out, it was a platinum blonde dye from Pallette.. after a week, I lightened my hair again with Loreal Ultra platinum bleach and it came out white only on the sides where I had my natural hair.. the rest came out yellow.. if you can, translate your messages into Polish
@@lilu27 sorry I'm from Italy.. I don't understand polnish. Of course roots are bleached more because it's natural hair and because the heat of your head develops more the bleaching.
Have you died your hair before?
Love your videos!
I let my hair grow out then cut it. I'm in my 50s and have barely any gray hair. It's a dark blonde. I was bleaching my hair for a year to platinum. YES I used Blondme.😻
Well, she was calm and did try to careful. I feel bad for her, I hope she achieves the hair color dreams come true someday. I kinda liked the peachy parts best.
Recommend, please, a treatment to take for hair and nails.
My hair is very dry and fine, and its not because of products, or bleeching, etc. I think my alimentation is guilty and thats why I ask for your help with some pills or something good to take for hair health. Ty!
They want different colors buy a wig
Hair Buddha knows it’s gonna be a shit show from the offset!
Dual Lipa wears wigs
So Sorry 2 bust your bubble😊
Get a wig. Don’t ruin your hair!!
